On-call tech was on time to diagnose our system failure. Don and Aaron installed our new furnace and A/C on July 4th. They lent us a room cooler from the Friday before until they could fit the install in. Prompt response from Bill in sales to get us scheduled and ordered. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. We needed someone to come out for help on our ac. They came the within a couple hours, got the job done and were fairly priced for last minute. BUT I had to call them back when the thermostat wasn't working. They made me pay another service fee. the guy was there1 hr and all he did was replace the thermostat and charged us $475!!!!!!!!!!! Their manager would not talk to me when I called! Beware!!!!! Horrible!!!!!

Getting an appointment sometimes can be tricky but that's not true with these company. They offer awesome rates, come when they say they are coming, do the work promptly, and carefully explain their work. This was my second time in a year hiring them, this time for boiler installation and they outdid my expectations. I absolutely recommend!
