We called Air Ducks when our A/C went out on a SUNDAY, during a week where the highs were in the high 90s. Sam came to our house within HOURS. He got us running again with a replacement capacitor, for which he accepted no money, because, according to him, the previous one was still under warranty. He also would not accept any money for the service call. I don't even know how to respond to service that good. I'm pretty sure my own family members wouldn't even do me a favor like this. My people will sings songs of his valor.
My furnace died after 21 years of service. Air Ducks had me in a new system within a week. John and Sammy worked diligently all day one Saturday to make sure my kids and I had heat for bedtime. Jessica also went the extra mile researching rebates and helped with completing the application for a $300 rebate! Thank you so much for all you guys do!

I just want to share something, I don’t own a house, I pay rent in a complex apartment, a year ago the management where I live they decide to make a few changes, they paint and they put a new system of AC, they choose Air ducks, didn’t know about this company, I had my first problem in Christmas, I called to the office of my apartment and they told me they can’t do nothing coz is under the warranty of Air ducks, I called them an this amazing woman Jessica tried her best to resolve my problem, it was Christmas so no body was available but after they send someone and they fix the problem, nothing to do with the AC system it was another problem. Recently like 4 weeks ago my AC started to have problem again and I called the office and they told me the same, warranty stuff, I called again to Air ducks and my new friend Jessica we had a conversation like we know each other, she didn’t treat me like a costumer, she treat me like a friend like a family, she was completely honest with me and she did a great job, she was really amazing trying to have my AC back in life with their guys. Jessica, I don’t know you in person but I appreciate everything you did for me only by phone. Thanks to you I can sleep well. Thanks Jessica thanks Air Ducks.
My AC unit had a problem that was preventing the compressor from working. John was here within 3 hours, fixed the unit, and gave a thorough explanation of both the part and preventative care. He gave me the old part and we discussed future (affordable) methods and strategies for longevity and maintenance. Considering my limited budget, I was both relieved and pleased to have a thorough and affordable remedy. Thank you!
What an amazing with this company From when I called to set up my appt to the install crew.Cristina walked me Thur all of it with extreme patience . It took me some time to decide on what unit was best for my home . I ended up going with the Trane xv20 best ever!!! All the guys were very clean and friendly. Thank you Cristina & Air Ducks
I highly recommend Air Ducks Heating and Air. Our Church has found our new A/C company. Sam, Rachel and the entire Air Ducks staff are incredible. Our A/C went out on Friday night and Sam was there first thing Saturday morning and had us up and running with cold air!
Our new 5 ton air-conditioner went out on Friday (Memorial Day Weekend) and I called Air-Ducks and spoke to Jessica to get a tech out. The owner, Sam, came out on Saturday to start working the problem; long story short we are back on-line thanks to this really great team!!! Many thanks to Jessica, Sam and a really sharp tech guy named Mike! All of these folks are sharp and people oriented!!
Well, disregard all the above.
My 5 ton has been out now for almost 2 months. There is much more to this story and sadly Jessica has been let go. Mike is gone too.
I have left messages for Sam an there is NO response.
Steer clear of AirDucks!!!
Over 2 months now and still my 5T is not running. I have a wood burning stove that has helped out in the cooler days, but now we are headed into the Spring/Summer and this unit is still NOT running. I have left numerous messages on their business phone and cell phone.
I have spent a lot of $$$$ with AirDucks to include replacing outside and inside units.
