Technician supposedly has to show up at my property between 8:30/10:30 and he never showup...i never have any call from no body about what's going on......i lost my half of time in my home doing nothing just waiting for this guy.....VERY DISAPPOINT Sou far with this Company !!!

Charged almost $600.00 to change a capacitor that you can purchase on Amazon for $19.00 ,Google will show how if you own a screwdriver takes all of five minutes .Definitely do not recommend this company.

We had a new AC installed 2 years ago by J & D, very happy with it and have used J and D for routine maintenance 2 x per year. The service is always good. Edisson has done our maintenance the last couple of times and he has been great. Very knowledgeable and polite. He does the job correctly and is very helpful in answering and explaining any questions we have. I highly recommend Edisson and J and D.

We recently purchased a house and wanted the twelve year old A/C unit be serviced. J&D Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us by our realtor. They sent a technician within a day of our calling. Wayne was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. He also warned us that the unit was not taken care of regularly and it would be wise to eventually replace it with a newer and more efficient unit. We decided to get a quote on a new unit. Kevin arrived the same afternoon and gave us his recommendation and a quote, He was very articulate on how he arrived at the quote and his suggested brand. We agreed and asked for an immediate installation due to our travel plans. Since we had already paid for the service call, Kevin cancelled the payment since we were replacing the old unit with a new one. The new unit was installed on the day promised by two very talented technicians. Kevin showed up when the installation was completed to review the work and and help with setting up the wireless thermostat for remote monitoring. We received excellent service from J&D Heating and Air Conditioning from beginning to end and we plan to have a maintenance contract with them in the future. Thank you guys!

Wayne was very professional, prompt, and courteous. My appointment was set between 12-2. At 11:30 he called me and told me he was on his way. He was here at 12 on the dot. He took the time to explain a few things about the system and I feel I received a good value from the company.

The last 2 scheduled HVAC maintenance visits resulted in no-shows, no-calls, and no-emails.
They specify a day and time, but do not show up.

J&D will now be our "go to" company when it comes to air conditioning repair. Relatively new to the Naples area, we were in serch for a n honest, reliable, and affordable air conditioning company, and J&D appears to check all these prerequisite boxes.
My wife and I are particularly impressed with David Clark, Service Manager, who seems to possess an abundance of knowledge in the field. He repaired a long-standing problem with our upstairs air conditioning unit in a timely manner. He explained the source of the problem in a clear, patient manner,, and ensured that the issue would not happen in the future. He is to be commended for a job well done!
Hopefully, we won't experience too many other air conditioning challenges along the way, but if we do, it's reassuring to know that we have an excellent resource to help. David, thanks again, for your exemplary work.

Great experience with Wayne of J & D Heating. Last year, my old HVAC company told me I needed a new A/C but the serviceman spent only 10 minutes checking my unit. Then he tried to sell me a new unit, telling me to buy one before this one died on me. I had Wayne with J&D come out for a 2nd opinion (yes, and another inspection charge), because I didn’t trust what the original service man said. Wayne gave my A/C a clean bill of health and it’s been working perfectly for the past year past year. I just had Wayne come out to do a yearly inspection and he said my A/C is still working fine, just a line rust on the top grill of the outside unit. I definitely recommend this company!
