Stephen Krzyzanowski was our technician, he came out, and was very friendly, polite, and informative. He gave us some tips to keep things in good shape and answered any questions I had. Lemaine was polite, efficient, and prompt. He worked quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. It was an enjoyable experience.

We replaced our HVAC this past summer with Cool Air and had no issues with our air conditioning system. When it turned cold, we turned the heat on and our circuit breakers started to trip. We called Cool Air and a service repairman came out, said he couldn't do anything because he couldn't get the system to trip again but to call Cool Air if the breaker continues to trip Well, Saturday morning it tripped twice and then again Saturday afternoon. We called Cool Air and Steve came to our rescue. He turned the heat up and the circuit breaker tripped. He called the Cool Air electrician and they both worked together via FaceTime. Steve replaced the circuit breaker and we have not had any issues since then. Steve knew how to isolate the problem and resolved it within no time at all. If the circuit breaker issue didn't get resolved, it could have caused a major fire. Steve' was amazing and is our hero!

I would truly recommend Cool Air. I had a new AC unit installed and the 2 tech's Josh and Bobby were the 2 that came out and installed my new unit and they were very professional , respectful, and clean. They did a wonderful job and it looks and works great. We had at least 6-7 other companies come and give us a price and we told them from the beginning to give us their best price and they were anywhere from$2000 to 5000 thousand more and would have used the same unit and same warranty. Also every other salesman told us if someone else was lower to call them and they would match the price well to me if you can do a better price give me that price from the beginning. Cool air's salesman Clint didn't try that he was upfront with the price and they got my business not no one else and I will continue to use them and recommend them. If you call anyone else do yourself a favor and let Cool Air give you a price as you will be glad you did, they are very professional, honest and do a great job. Thanks again Clint,. Josh, and Bobby. My maintenance technician Steve was very professional and explained what was going on with my AC system in a way that was clear and understandable for me. He was kind and took time to answer my questions and gave me suggestions and pricing for down the line when I need a new unit (mine is 9 years old and struggling) so that I could begin preparing realistically with saving.

I'm grateful a friend recommended Coolair when I was looking for a second quote a couple months back when I was having some issues with my Unit. My previous maintenance company was going to charge me much higher prices to do work that turned out to be unnecessary and far more extensive than what actually needed to be done.

The people I've worked with at Coolair so far (Devin and Steve) have done great work and been upfront and honest with their recommendations and pricing.
