Nick did a great job servicing my air conditioning. We have an annual contract with cool air. He explained everything about the system was polite courteous. Will certainly keep the contract in place.

I bought a new A/C from cool air in June 2022 because of the professionalism and knowledge of Clinton. He spent a lot of time giving me estimates in 2019. I decided to wait…big mistake as inflation has kicked in. Anyways Clinton and Steve came out for a service call because my A/C stopped working. A/C was old and compressor shot so I decided to go with a new unit. Clinton and Steve were great. A/C being installed today one day later which is awesome as it is really hot out. I will write more once A/C installed and running but total shout out to Clinton and Steve. The next day Julio and Javier came out to install the A/C. They said they would be here at 0900 and they were. Julio was amazing. Super polite and considerate and very knowledgeable. My install was a bit tricky and he listened to and worked with my concerns. Julio also spent time training Javier. Overall an amazing experience. I was also impressed how both Julio and Clinton are long term employees and very complimentary of their company. From Coolair being the lowest of three quotes in 2019, no pushy sales, awesome employees, a boss who ensures customers are always taken care of (see how professional Mark answers BBB complaints), great install job,etc, etc. This is the company to go to. I spent 30 years in the military….guys like Julio and Clinton are the reason our military is great and I stayed in. Coolair is a class act!

They came the same day I called, a Saturday no less, the technician Dorian quickly assessed and repaired, and was very polite and friendly
