Hunter saved the day with his knowledge and efficiency. My air conditioning unit finally gave out after a long hard fight, of course right in the middle of summer! Don't know what we would have done had it not been for the Action team having our new unit up and running within 24 hours. So happy to finally be able to keep the house below 78 degrees! Thanks guys!

My a/c went out I called action spoke to a tech named Omar and he assured me that he will have someone out to fix my issue. With in 45 min we had a tech out and got us up and running Highly (it was the float switch or something like that) recommend Action Cooling & Heating

I received a letter from Action Cooling and Heating stating that they had a service contract on the home that I had just purchased and would come out at no charge for an inspection. I contacted them and they sent someone out and the inspection was conducted. The next day (what a coincidence) something went wrong with the air conditioner. They sent out two technicians to take a look, as a result they went out and looked at the unit came back into the house about 10 minutes later took me outside and showed where something was burnt up inside the unit. I think it's more than a coincidence that that the damage had occurred. They tried to sell me a new unit because the $2,800 wasn't worth spending on repairs and recommended replacing the unit for $6,300 which I negotiated down to $5950. The previous owners had spent almost $3000 for repairs approximately two years ago. I inherited a service contract from the sellers that was valid through 2026 (which triggered my suspicions).
In my opinion there is something very suspicious about the way they had contacted me, conducted the inspection and found something wrong the very next day.
I honestly believe after reading all the reviews that they were not to be trusted. Any reviews with four and five stars could have easily been made by one of their employees and I also read on Yelp that they work on a commission basis which gives them even more reason to find something wrong with your air conditioning. I will contact a reputable company on Monday.
Never again with Action Cooling and Heating!

My air conditioning unit wasn't working as efficiently as it had been in the past. Amit came and took a look at it, he was very professional, knowledgeable and on-time and was able to help me with the maintenance and now it's running perfectly.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and Zach. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helped fix my AC in no time. Action cooling & heating is lucky to have him!

I think these guys are great!! As someone with little to no knowledge about AC units, they have been extremely patient in explaining things & physically showing me why things are not working or why things need to be fixed. As a woman home alone sometimes when they come, they make me feel very comfortable & safe. I have using their services for 4 years now.
