We had water coming out of ceiling & light fixture. Called every number listed for company to include Sales, Financing, Service & every location in state of Florida, e-mailed and texted installer with no results for 2 days. All contacts go straight to voice mail. Called out another company to find they hooked up drains lines incorrectly on new system installed 11/5/19. Also, found that they left old air handler up in the attic. We will be contacting Trane to let them know what kind of service is not being provided for their product sales.

Great Install- The most important part of buying AC!

Luke and Arsen (owners) were great to deal with. After all the research I conducted I learned the most important part of a new AC system is the skill and experience of installers. Well William and Raul are the best. A special shout out to William. Very thorough, never rushed, a true AC artist. I have a new found respect for AC techs now. Very far from plug and play(see pre-install unit pic)! I appreciate dealing with a company that values my business. Some AC companies treat you like a number and could care less if you hire them or not. Very happy with my decision. I asked for air handler s/n and Arsen and Luke simply completed my manufacturer registration for me and sent 10 yr warranty certificate! Great service guys! Will recommend to all friends/family/clients for all AC needs!

I am a snowbird and had nationwide service my ac unit at my property! 3 days later it broke again and they wouldnt help me at all and tried to charge me tons of money! Very rude people. I feel like they are scammers! This is not good business! PLEASE PEOPLE, AVOID NATIONWIDE HVAC AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Quick, friendly, and reliable a/c company. My a/c wasn't working and they came by the same day and now everything is running great! Definitely calling back when I need a new unit! Recommend them to all my friends.

I initially spoke with Luke who was helpful in providing a great price for a replacement Trane AC system. William Jimeniz and Anthony were sent to install the AC system and did a fabulous job. They provided information on maintaining the system to insure proper operation for years. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Enjoyed getting to know them.

I ordered a Trane A/C for my home with gas heat about a month ago. The day before my scheduled install date I received a call from Anastasia, from their install team. She said they did not have the unit and would have to order it, about 2 days. I said ok. She called back and said it would be 2 weeks and again I said ok and mentioned I was disappointed. In the same phone conversation she then said that it would cost too much for them to install this type of unit and would only install an electric unit. I was shocked to say the least. I called the sales team back and foolishly I let the salesman talk me into the electric saying that it would cost the same maybe only slightly more to operate. Now that the unit is installed I have done some research and have found that these unit are MUCH more expensive to operate when the weather gets cold and yes it can get cold here in central Florida. Last year my heat ran everyday from mid Jan to mid March. If we have a similar winter this year we will be in serious trouble with hugh electric. Electric is 5 times more expensive than gas. I would never buy another product from these people again as now I am looking into replacing the air handler with a gas furnace . Probably going to cost another couple of thousand dollars but it may pay for itself in a couple of years. What a nightmare!

On 3/4/17 Nationwide installed a new unit and 2 hours after technician left, A. C stopped working because the pan would not drain. They sent someone out again and he did something with the pipe, it worked fine (1st service call).

3/5/17 Next morning, A C was not working, they sent out another technician and he configured the pipe and it worked fine for a couple of weeks (2nd service call).

5/2017 A C leaking again. Technician comes out to blow the lines and nothing wrong with the line, so he does something to the pipe, leaking stopped. (3rd service call)

on 8/23, A C was leaking again, they sent someone out to fix it, he opened the wall and stated it was the position of the pipe, reconfigure the pipe and everything was fine until 11/19/2017. (4th service call)

On 11/15 /17 The city came for inspection, a list of issues wrong and I failed inspection.

On 11/19/17 technician comes out to address inspection issue. Before he leaves, he asked me when I will be changing out my water heater. I tell him it is on my to do list. 2 hours after he leaves, A C closet is filled with water. (5th service call)

11/20/17 I text and e-mailed the company at 7 am. Around 2 pm, they call me back and informed that the issue with the leaking is the water heater.

When I advised them that I had 4 service call about the leaking, then it became an outside pipe issue.

The A C was working fine until the technician came out to fix the 5-6 things the City noted. In less than a year, 4 service call for the same issue.

To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to tell me that if they come out today, I have to pay them.

I gave them a positive review originally, because they were always very responsive, but it makes no sense that I should be having this many issue on a new unit.

I will call the city on Monday and tell them what is going on and speak to an attorney.

Let me list below the attributes of this company:
-Low price-but you definitely get what you pay for.
-Shows up on time
-Nobody speaks English-very difficult to deal with the techs on site
-Trane system installed
-They never applied for or received a permit. The town is pursuing this violation aggressively. Next stop is the Florida Attorney General!
-6 service calls in 18 months--nothing but aggravation.
-Never fixed system properly-leaks, shuts down --all kinds of issues
-No paper work or documentation was ever provided for any service work.
This indicates something suspicious with respect to how they do business and bill Trane for service work. Why no documentation???
-Different non English speaking crews from Miami-I am in Estero!!
-I am now demanding a total refund so I can work with a local reputable AC firm
THE SYSTEM STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY--AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Poor response, when your air conditioner is installed that's it. Purchased a Rheem 2 in half years ago and we have had nothing but problems
. You call them and you dont even get a call back. Not even a thank you but now that we got your money we dont give 2 cents.
Run as fast as you can and stay away from this company. They are a RIP off., and scammers .
