Total bait and switch. Which is the exact same complaint I found on the BBB website along with several other complaints. I specifically ordered a GSX16 Sreries 5 ton unit with variable speed motor. I new exactly what I wanted when I called. After they installed the unit it ran all night and never cooled the house below 73. I then checked the model numbers on the unit they installed just to find out it is a 3 ton unit. I called the very next day and explained what happened. I was told they would look into it and call me back within a hour. No call back. Same exact thing happened on Monday 3 days later. No call back again. Called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. I was only allowed to speak to my sales rep who is now claiming the unit that was installed was the correct one. I refreshed her memory of our original conversation, and pointed out that even if She thinks I chose a 3 ton unit (which I did not) I was charged for a 5 ton unit. She quickly became irritated and told me a manger would call me back when he has time. I called back again to ask for a copy of the contract stating it was a 3 ton unit. She said no problem and then sent me to voicemail. I have now had to dispute the charges and start looking for a reputable company. After looking up Nationwide up on Sunbiz I found out they have only been around for 2 years. They are either a scam company that will dis appear once they have screwed enough people, or completely incompetent. I don't expect them to be around long enough to honer any warranties. Assuming they would honer them anyway.
I noticed on every single negative review given Nationwide gives the exact same BS response. THEY CLAIM THAT THE PERSON LEAVING THE REVIEW IS NOT A CURRENT OR PREVIOUS CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. Once again total BS. I assure you I am a customer. I have a invoice and cc receipts to prove it.

If you have to replace your air conditioner stay far away from this company.They are most likely going out of business because they never return calls.I purchased a brand new 5 ton Trane XR 8 months ago and in the past 3 weeks it was blowing hot air.I tried calling Nationwide HVAC but got no human to answer the phone so I left several messages with no one calling me back. I got in touch with the installer and that person told me straight up that they did NOT pay him for the installation Nd he too is trying to reach them.

Xavier from Reliant Air did an outstanding job on our system. He was very professional and meticulous on the install. Needless to say we would highly recommend Nationwide an it's installers in the future.

Needed a AC Repair guy that would actually do the job right the first time. More than pleased with the service and the fact that he arrived in a timely manner. Didn't take too long to get the cool air blowing especially in this south Florida heat! Thank you, I'm more than happy to leave a review and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I called this company spoke to Stephanie who was very polite and helpful. She gave me an estimate with affordable prices, I agreed and we made an appointment for instal for the next today.

The next day the technicians arrived. One spoke English the other didn’t. I advised him I had the roof inspector coming for the final inspection and if it would be an issue since Stephanie had told me they did everything by code. The technician tells me yes it will be a problem that I needed a permit for the ac which obviously this company doesn’t get one. I then told him he could go have lunch and come back after the inspector had completed the inspection. He said no because according to him he had been knocking on my door for an hour. Which I looked at the camera and showed him he has only been there for 20 minutes in which he was speaking to my roof guy.

I didn’t do my ac with this company because of the technician lied about the time he arrived something so petit what else would he lie about?

Wow the person who replied to this review also lied because the gps did not indicate that the technician was knocking for an hour. I have cameras and the cameras shows the time the technician arrived. I even told the technician he had been there for a few minutes speaking to the roof guy prior to knocking on my door and he said “yeah an hr”. He arrived at 10:26 and when I looked at my watch after reviewing the camera and after he looking at the ac the time was 10:58. Not sure how that is one hour. I am very glad I didn’t do business with a company who lies.

I NEVER take the time to write a review since good service is always expected. However, Nationwide HVAC has a customer oriented service team focused on quality and friendly service. We shopped around A LOT! From Costco, Home Depot, Lowes and others but nobody matched the service or price from Nationwide. Do your homework, then check out Nationwide. You won't go wrong. Highly recommended.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! 6 service calls later and i still have nothing but problems!! Horrible customer service, employees that do not speak English and unresolved problems that have been occurring for years. If that is what you want to deal with, then this is the company for you. Oh and their review system is based on bribery. They give you an "amazing opportunity to win a free wifi thermostat" if you give them a 5 star review!!!!!

I feel very lucky to find nationwide HVAC. My rental property in Lake Charleston has a 14-year-old AC. It is not efficient in cooling. I was shopping for the best deal, hoping I can find a decent one in this hot summer. Luk from Nationwide is very professional, responsive and helpful. He replied emails in seconds and was very patient with all of my questions. AC people arrived on time and spent 4 and 1/2 hrs to install the new AC. They offer a 2-year labor, which I have not seen in anywhere else and they will beat any written estimate by 5%. So shop around and do your homework. I am confident you will finally choose nationwide just like what I did.

One more thing, do not forget to register your own AC for 10-year warranty. In order to keep price low, we have to do it. It is just like how we shop in Aldi. We push the carts back and we share the saving. In the invoice, there is a link to register. DON'T FORGET!!!

I don’t usually complete surveys, but I felt in this case it was well deserved. After receiving serval quotes for a new HVAC system that were absolutely absurd, a friend of mine recommended Luke and his team at international HVAC. I am so glad I called them. I reached out to Luke on Tuesday, I was approved for financing by Wednesday and the unit was installed Thursday. The install guys Bill and Tyler were amazing. Very professional, clean and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and will be sending many referrals their way. Thanks guys for everything. You were an absolute pleasure to do business with.
