Aqua Plumbing & Air - Ellenton

Called Aqua for master bath toilet repair at 7:30 am. Received prompt call back saying David would be at our house by 9am. David was personable and, even more important, competent. Toilet problem resolved and we didn’t waste a day or more waiting for service!

I had a clogged kitchen sink, and after many days of not being able to fix the problem, i called Aqua Plumbing. They sent over David and Tom. After much thought, they opened the pipe, cleared 2 obstructions and got my sink working again. I can't thank them enough. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable. They're the ones to call.

I have used Aqua Plumbing and Air for several years. I have their service plans and trust them fully. Having the same maintenance guys come out each time really strengthens their personal attention and commitment to our needs.

Moved into an old home and noticed the washer was leaking at the valve. Called aqua plumbing and they came out the next day. Angel fixed the problem super fast and explained exactly what was wrong. He was extremely helpful, and a super nice guy. You can’t go wrong with aqua plumbing and air. I’m using them for all my plumbing and a/c issues. Don’t hesitate.

David was amazing! We had a few issues with plumbing and he was able to fix them all! We will use Aqua again if needed! Highly recommend!

James was courteous, polite, friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He explained the new HVAC system to us step by step as well as how to use the thermostat. We’ve had central air before but never an HVAC system. Professional, pleasant crew and neat installation. A big job installing 2 air conditioners, ducts, vents and thermostat. Reliable, arriving promptly at the time stated. Cleaned the area inside the house and in garage leaving it clean, just the way it was found. Highly recommend Aqua after having a very poor unsightly installation and unsatisfactory experience years ago by another vendor.

He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy. I love using Aqua for my water softener service. It takes all the worry away. Bubba wore a mask. I got a text showing his picture and a call from the office that he was on his way. Such good service!

Bubba did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing and why and solved the problem with reverse osmosis unit. I really appreciate the quality service. I highly recommend Aqua.
