We had our septic tank cleaned out and a day later had a whole home stoppage. I had done one load of laundry and had sitting water in both showers. I called at least 8 companies and most had next day appointments. They gave me a 2-4 time frame and the tech actually arrived closer to 1pm which was perfect as the sooner the better! Angel was professional and proficient. He fixed the stoppage within the first hour and their cost wasn't astronomical. They also send a text with the technicians picture which I find would be comforting to know who to expect. I would call them again due to Angel being so professional.

Aqua has provided excellent service for us time and time again. They installed all of our plumbing fixtures in our new house and we couldn't be happier. Alfredo was very professional and got the job done quickly.

Tony the Service Tech was awesome. On time, protective footwear and mask, very professional and on time. He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet flapper which was old and causing my toilet to slowly leak. That wasn't even on the schedule of things to do. He just asked if there was anything else he could address while in the house. It was an after thought on my part. Finally, he asked to check the water tank-heater...for free. Who does anything for free anymore? And then he told me it was old but in great shape. No up-selling pressure, just good old fashioned outstanding customer service. I am a life long customer.

Todd came out and replaced my old shower handle and shower head He was polite and kind. He had alot of knowledge and he addressed the situation immediately. Then he went out of his way to have someone bring a new part so he could get started and save me money on his time spent. I would highly recommend this company and thanks again Todd!
