We were pleased with the response to our initial call, and to the quick ability to get what out A/C needed. The techs (Fred and then also Mark) we’re on time, prompt and capable. It was an overall good experience.

David is excellent. His level of customer service is superior. We highly recommend him. Aqua is a wonderful company with unparalleled service.

I had 2 plumbing issues taken care of by Tony @ Aqua Plumbing. He was great! He knew exactly what the issues were, he explained everything to me and was quick. Very professional and courteous. This is our third time using Aqua and we highly recommend this company.

While no encounter with a plumber is ever pleasant lol..our experience with Aqua Plumbing staff and scheduling, as well as with Tony was great. Very knowledgeable and laid out all options before proceeding. Provided insight and advice and left both bathrooms clean and the issue addressed and fixed!

Tony B. worked extremely hard on installing a new water heater in our condo. He cleaned up all messes, was very informative and explained what he was doing at all times. He worked for 4 1/2 hours without taking much of a break. He was professional and very respectful! I will definitely be using Aqua again and highly recommend them!

Andrew Hill did a spectacular job installing our new Diakin heat pump. He was very professional, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after work was completed. Very patiently instructed us on thermostat. Would recommend Aqua to anyone needing A/C install or service. We also enjoyed working with Scott, great salesperson.

I'm building an 11,000 SF home in Ellenton on the Manatee River. I contacted Aqua Plumbing to have them bid on my job. I guess it's over their heads as the "new building division" advised they aren't taking on new jobs. What??? How does a company stay in business if they're not taking on new jobs? They didn't even inquire about the details of my job. Better to find out ahead of time what they're capable, or not capable, of doing!
