Rip you on warranty work. Quoted a PER HOUR rate ($270 per hour, no they are not lawyers) after charging $95 to come out to diagnose. Part was covered under warranty, labor warranty had expired 4 months ago. Took BARELY 30 minutes to make the switch and wanted full $270, then they claimed it was a "fixed fee", 3 of us heard the guy say "per hour", he even told story of "one that took him 3 hours to wrestle with". Guy claimed the part cost $500, found on Amazon for $265. Had them install this unit new and that service was professional, you would think they would want to maintain their client base. We are going to send complaint to Carrier. Will NEVER use them again for any service.

The front end staff were rude and unhelpful. They tried to tell me that 2 hours to change one simple part was reasonable. This is absolutely obsene. To be charged $90 for diagnostics and then $250 for 2 hours??!!! It should only take maximum 45 minutes to change this part. I will never use them again.

The team from Dunedin refrigeration was incredibly diligent about making sure everything was perfect with our new multi-zone set up. They kept me well informed about the work and the process.

I had a electrical problem with my Trane air condtioner and had no air.Within 12 hours of the problem we had our air back on and running. Their technicians were get and solved our problem at a very reasonable price.
