Best I've worked with. From service on the phone to friendly, clean and efficient work. These guys define the best in HVAC service. We had a new unit install and they took care of every possible situation. The price was VERY fair. They came back to make sure everything was working right. They use TRANE which is great.

Dunedin Refrigeration is by far the BEST refrigeration company in Dunedin, perhaps in all Pinellas County.

The office personnel are prompt, courteous, and always willing to help. Their techs are more knowledgeable than most -- and I've used dozens from different companies over two decades.

They go out of their way to more than provide good customer service, in fact, they go one step beyond -- their focus is always on CUSTOMER DELIGHT.

If I could, I'd give them a sixth star for their attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and overall exceptional professionalism. Whatever they fix -- stays fixed. Their rates are competitive. Their staff is superlative!

100% satisfied with the outstanding work performed by Dunedin Refrigeration. We had our residential HVAC system completely replaced. New AC/Heat Pump, relocate air handler from attic to garage and replacement of all duct work. The installation technicians were top notch. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Beware of overcharging for parts. It took two full days (one day to diagnosis and one day to get the parts) to replace a thermostat and control board. After the AC was repaired we were told by another employee the part price we were charged was way too much for one of the parts.

I called the office to confirm there was not an error on the $1,700 invoice that we had paid (they said there was not). Now I'm left feeling I was intentionally overcharged and will not use Dunedin Refrigeration in the future.

No stars should be awarded. Called Dunedin Refrigeration to repair an office unit A/C. The good news is, they responded right away - the bad news is they could not repair it without ordering parts and recommended we rent portable A/C for the office. They also stated they could order parts to try to repair or we would have to purchase an entire new unit, inside and outside. Contacted a second company, Prime Air Conditioning, they came out same day also and were able to get the current unit up and running until they were able to replace the outside unit (the inside unit did not to be replaced).

I had to get a new AC and had no idea where to start. My best friend had DR put a system in her condo at Cove Cay and was thrilled with it so I called them. From my first conversation to the end of the process they were nothing but professional and courteous. Everything was neatly done and the system works great. I would highly recommend their professional service!

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend and Dunedin Refrigeraton fit us in on Monday! the service tech. Jason (I think) said it was just the capacitor and relay switch. It is a 17 yr old unit. He could of said it needed replaced, but he fixed it and bought us some time. We really appreciate their honesty and speed of service.

I truly love this company. I have used them for years and until now, they are competent and knowledgeable of their services. The techs that have come out to the house are friendly and good at what they do. The office staff the same!

Great experience, very professional crew who did the install, I will have a better idea on energy cost saving after I get my first few bills from Duke energy. If the system works half as well as the install crew did it will be a win.
