Had a leak in my wall . Called them Saturday. Great response. Be there tomorrow,Sunday by noon. I said OK. go for it. We'll this AM, SUNDAY THE DAY PROMISED AND THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED .SAID THEY COULD RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY. I SAID NO WAY, CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE A PLUMBER AVAILABLE TODAY AS PROMISED CALLBACK' OFFERED $50 OFF. REALLLLY!! LESS THAN THEIR INITIAL CHARGE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS THETE IN AN HOUR. NEVER HAVE I HAD AN EMERGENCY REPAIR CANCELLED

Watch out. These folks are a rip off. They gave me a $640 estimate to install three fire alarms. I bought them at walmart for $75 and an hour later had them installed.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED A BAD A/C CONDENSER FAN MOTOR. QUOTED A PRICE TO REPLACE MOTOR CAPACITOR AT OVER 800.00. I KNEW BETTER SINCE I HAVE HAD THIS SAME WORK DONE AT A DIFFERENT HOUSE. I PAID LESS THAN 500.00 FOR THE SAME SERVICE FROM AN A/C COMPANY THAT DOESN'T WORK ON WEEKENDS. TECH SAID IF HE HAD TO REPLACE THE MOTOR IT WOULD BE 1700.00. TOLD TECH TO GET LOST AND WAITED TILL MONDAY. NEW CAPACITOR. TOTAL COST FOR EVERYTHING 481.00.

They wave their usual fee to come out winch is nice, but they advertise as a 34 hour service, but wont send out anyone to check my AC today. Just say you are closing at six, so I don't waste my time calling you.
