Called at 430 on a Friday for a drain line clog on my ac unit/vent fan. Showed up with in an hour and fixed the clog in 30 minutes. Fantastic service and very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Very professional!! Excellent service and I feel like I got a great new unit installed!!! I felt the pricing was fair and honest!!! They came out the next morning on time and did a great job!!! They have great warrantees on their products too so I know I can call them if I need anything else.

We purchased a home and wanted to have service on the a/c. I called in the morning and by 1:00 in the afternoon We had a technician at our home. Lenny was very efficient and we were very pleased with his expertise. If we need service in the future we will definitely be using them!!!

My A/C had stopped working and I called Behrens at 8:00 am, they had someone out within the hour. The tech trouble shooted the problem and determined just the module needed replacing. Although the unit was not sold by them they notified me the part itself was still covered under warranty. He had the unit fixed, all the pressures checked and a drain added in no time at a cost a lot less than expected.

We received first cabin treatment from this company. Can’t tell you how pleased we are with our new system. In addition to the air handler and condenser, they replaced all of our duct work which made a huge difference in air quality. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and clean. 👍

This weekend our accent a/c was making crazy noises so I called 10 different places to come diagnose the problem. One guy came with in 30 mins tore apart machine and said we need a new fan motor and once I turned off unit it had seized the motor so it no longer worked at all. (Freaken great) the guy on the job told me 600$ to replace fan and was trying to sell me a new one. I had already been speaking with Paul and I told him all of what the other guy said and bc of the Paul's attitude on the phone and the time he took with me to talk about all of what the other guy had said I felt more comfortable having him come over the next day early and switched the motor out for almost half the price.

We live next to this building. They do not clean up for a hurricane. For two years now they haven't shown enough respect to clean metal and tools before leaving their business. Also, now that everyone is out of power, they turn on their generator at 6am and turn on their lights and continues banging even though the rest of us can't eat or sleep or live comfortably. Lack of respect during a serious situation shows who these people are. I'm sure their business is fine, but lack of common decency shows who someone is and I'll never give them my business. I hope this one star on a perfect rating puts an idea in your heads but let's be honest, I'm sure you won't care.
