I purchased an AC unit over 10 years ago from Behrens. They are quick to respond, friendly, COVID safe. I can't say enough about their service level. Christine on the phone is amazing. They have responded to a call I made to help my single parent friend. Wonderful to find a company and people you can depend on.

All I can say is wow!
To begin, I called our AC company who we’ve used for 25 yrs. We had a small issue with our old AC and needed it looked at but also wanted a new AC for ours was 15 yrs old, it was time. Called the old company and we kept being told for two weeks since yours is working, we will see you tomorrow. Happened day after day. Never showed. We finally decided to call Behrens based off recommendations and reviews. From the first contact with Christine in the office first thing on Wed. morning, 3 hrs later Paul #1 comes to our home (on the same day....we were shocked). Paul spoke to us in easy terms to understand, next morning by 9:30 we have our estimate, (very fair price indeed), next week for install. We were ecstatic. Later that afternoon they had a cancelation for Friday....the next day. We took it. So I. Less than 48hrs we had our new AC. PHENOMENAL!!! We would have been content with next week but 48 hrs is a plus.
Paul#2: Bret and Brian arrived early, started and they worked like a well oiled machine. They were efficient, clean and tidy as they went along and were done in 5 hrs. Explained clearly how to use everything. They were on their way and my new AC is cooling and we are one happy family.
I can honestly say since moving to this area 26 yrs ago, this has to be one the best companies in the area we’ve encountered. This comes from great owners who are very customer oriented. Behrens is our new go to AC Company and will highly recommend to everyone.

Outstanding service! Highly recommend, showed up on time and replaced my whole system in under 4 hours. The system was installed very neat and operates great! Will definitely use Behrens AC in the future.

We loved how friendly and laid back the technicians were. They diagnosed our issue, explained what was needed, and repaired it quickly- all at a reasonable cost. Our AC is working perfectly now. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

My experience from this Company has been one one of integrity, know-how, fairness and promptness. Two different people have come out in the last 4 years to solve a problem with the air - they both made a very old unit work again very quickly and reasonably. This last time, they gave me a quote upon my request that is very fair and very reasonable and exactly what is needed here. The support staff on the phone also VERY HELPFUL - All around awesome company! Highly recommend!

This company has the best response time in FL! I called Friday after my AC started blowing hot air and they had tech's to my house within the hour. Paul stayed in constant communication with me all weekend and they fixed my unit yesterday. They even contacted the company and have the part warrantied for me even though I was not the original owner :) they were prompt and courteous and I will never work with another HVAC contractor. These guys are the best!!!

These gentlemen are very knowledgeable they know what they are doing. They are friendly and courteous! Anything questions you have or even if it’s something you need done they will try and accommodate anyway they can. I cannot speak highly enough about them.

Paul who is the general manage was so great to deal with and truly cares about the customer and so does his team. Which is hard to find these days.

They did a fantastic job for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Got a stack of business cards just for that reason.
