Outstanding service! After a nice outing for mom,we returned that evening and opened the door to her very hot house. Called her A/C service "Universal Air..." . received friendly warm & concerned responses from the receptionist. Was told rep./tech. would be out early morn. Nice Surprise, tech Mike called & arrived 1/2 HR. earlier than expected. After Greetings & introductions and a few quick A/C questions he went right to work. Short time later, work completed & A/C working, house cooling, customer very happy. Mike took the time to explain the problem, what he did and to answer our questions. Extremely satisfied&pleased with this company's service and the people representing them we interacted with in her hour of need. Thanks "Universal/Air..." ! Great choice mom. The Angelica Family

I have waited 2 month before I go ahead and leave a review . I purchased an AC unit and was quoted fair market price for a 3 ton unit .they kept canceling appointments and finally after 4th day installation started. But he did not finish until 2 days after , adding that he cut through drywall without my permission. Then they had to come and fix that which took another couple of days . Then the thermostat that I paid for in the quote was not installed, then had to call again , waiting again until someone shows up , who wanted to reschedule then I got furious and he installed it . Then I found out that a different unit than quoted was installed due to the size . Which was cheaper ...
and the story goes on and on ....to make the story short I am still fighting and calling to get my money back for the difference of the price of what I paid for and what was installed ...

Both services first check and inspect hvac system the gentlemen was efficient and kind and checked everything. The second was a very professional and very nice young man who did a wonderful job cleaning the vents. Took his time and cleaned them till they shined very impressive and also did a mold treatment. Both techs were great.

Robert Hague has been an exceptional specialist for this company. He has come out luckily on a couple visits to our home and has always been on time, professional, and very good at communicating what the issues are. Definitely an asset to the company. I always feel confident that when they are done my AC will keep working great.

We had a problem with our heat pump type central air unit. It was a challenge to diagnose the problem, but the techs at Universal and the customer service folks were professional and continued working toward a solution. Steve, a field supervisor, was able to find the problem and the solution. He traveled to locate the needed part on New Years Eve and successfully completed the repair that same day. Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and a really nice guy. Can’t thank him, and all the folks at Universal enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to others.

If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable company to fix or care for your AC, look no further. We have been using Univeral Air & Heat for 3 years now and they are the best. We got a new unit from them and even had to call them a few times for routine things and they are always available.

They did a great job! Showed up quickly and on time for both the estimate and the installation. Friendly, courteous, professional from the first phone call through job completed. What I appreciated most was their commitment to do the job right, according to code, and professional standards.

We have previously used this company and loved them.Last week called for a blocked ac discharge pipe. Not only did the guy try to sell my parents $2200.00 worth of supposedly necessary add ins, he left the tube disconnected and flooded the bath, hallway and bedroom. Will not use them again. He also told us he repairs cars if we need work. Um just no.
July 16 update: the company called and sent another tech out within a couple of hours. He checked, fixed and wad very apologetic about our experience. Robert H. You are who we will ask for if we need service again

Universal Air and Heat replaced my 5ton AC recently. It was a great experience from sales estimate to install. Richard came over to give us the estimate. He was informative and professional. He gave us a price that was by far the best in town, and I got 5 different estimates. During the install the guys were friendly and worked neatly. They answered all my questions. They even hooked up my ecobee Thermostat and showed me how to work it. There was even a follow up call the next day ensuring my satisfaction. I am definitely happy with their service and value.

I had just purchased my home last month and needed affordable duct cleaning. The previous owners had a dog and my kids and I suffer with bad allergies. Came across a special that Universal Air & Heat were advertising and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever!!!! As soon as Ray (Tech) was done, I immediately noticed a difference in the quality of air I was breathing!!! The air that circulated my house was alot cooler too.
