As luck would have it, our A/C broke on one of the hottest days of summer so far, and a holiday also. This company responded to our call and repaired it within 48 hours, and only because Ilan (the owner) had to order a whole new unit. He gave us a few options, but we knew it was time to replace the A/C. They worked hard and long to replace the A/C as quickly as possible. They are super professional and I found them to be very, very reasonable when it came to cost. I would honestly recommend them.

I called Instant on July 4th not expecting a service call. Ilan came out and diagnosed the problem and gave options for repairs. We decided to replace our aging unit, which was completed very professionally at great price. Work was very clean and completely as promised.

Outstanding service. Ilan came out on a Sunday even though I told him it wasn't an emergency. He was honest and thorough in finding the issue with my AC unit. Best of all, he visually walked me through the problem as he was fixing it. Will keep using Instant HVAC. Highly recommended.

Ilan was fantastic, showed up late Friday night to rescue us from the heat of a broken A/C. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, knew what the problem was immediately and had the parts to fix it. I had a recent experience with Instant HVAC in Florida. I was traveling for a quick vacation and my AC were giving me issues. Luckily a friend referred Ilan from Instant HVAC. Although it was late on a Saturday night, Ilan had arrived with no hesitation and provided an amazing service. He was able to fix the issues within an hour and I was finally cool enough in my apartment.

The workforce is highly competent, extraordinary, obliging of particular needs, and courteous. The office staff was excellent in getting back to me and resolving any difficulties I had throughout the process. Quality and price were acceptable. The assessor was the only one of the three gauges to see the urgent need for updated wiring; as a result, we were informed of this in advance rather than at the last minute.

Ilan is super amazing and friendly. He is very professional and helpful. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He ensure the job is done properly.

Came on Friday night with in an hour. Had an issue with my air conditioning system, because it was the weekend no one wanted to do the work. But not this guy. He came on time, gave a fair price and fixed everything within an hour. Did I mention it was a Friday night! Definitely recommend.

The units were expertly fitted by smart experts. They were meticulous in their work, especially the incredibly neat trunking, and kept the area clean throughout the project.
The team's overall communication was also quite good.
