My AC stopped working last night and I called for service very early this morning. Scott was extremely pleasant to deal with. He said he’d do his best to have a tech out to me today and that’s exactly what he did. I loved getting the text message letting me know the time frame of when I could expect service, along with the notification of when they were on their way to me. The technician, Javier was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my system and offered so many helpful tips to maintain it. On such a bad day, I made 1 good choice and that was to call Patriot Air! I give them 10 stars and highly recommend!

Javier was prompt, courteous, and very efficient. In about 20 minutes he troubleshot, diagnosed and got my AC running. He charged a reasonable fee for the service. I will continue to use Patriot AC again as needed. Thanks Javier and Scott who got me scheduled. Good work!

I’m glad I called to get a second opinion regarding the hvac. Javier took the time to call and find out if the system was still under warranty, which it was. They will be replacing the compressor only instead of the whole system that another company was stating that we needed. Thank you Javier and Patriot A/C & Heating.
