Rescheduled 5 times, no follow up or courtesy phone call, does half of scheduled work before leaving on another appointment. Spoke directly with owner and he was scheduled to come and do the work... no show again and no call back.🙃 Office staff is inefficient as well. Recommend looking elsewhere. Frustrated!!

I have hired Chris's A/C twice. The first time was a reference from a neighbor, the second time was because of their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Chris's if you want it done right.

I called Chris’ A/C Company after hours. The phone was answered by a 3 party answering service. explained i needed a common part an (10 MFD 370 Volt Oval Motor Run Capacitor) a tech. should have a half dozen of these on there truck The weekend on call person called me back about 15 min later. I explained what I needed and I would go to meet there tech. anywhere it was convenient for them
she told me it was not possible they do not sell that stuff and to call back Monday and they would sell it to me then just contradicting her self
she was very short and curt with me as if she had more important things to do than her JOB !!!!! if you don't want to take calls on the weekend and its to much of a burden fire the answering service and get a answering machine AND CALL PEOPLE BACK ON MONDAY
I understand its Sunday I work on call also thus I would go to meet there teck. anywhere it was convenient for them
If I am calling today asking for it ? I NEED IT TODAY NOT MONDAY !!!!!!!!!!!
Your a service company you provide a service YOU DID NOT DO THAT !!!!!!!!!

your in customer service for a living if it pisses you off to do your job quit and find one that dose not piss you off like digging a a ditch or piece meal work where you do not have to deal with the public

also i know my ac system needs to be replaced the air handler is rusting out and i have it band aided trying to limp it till fall / winter time I Know its to dam hot in the Attic this time of year in Florida i will not make some one work in that unless I am doing it my self

LOST 7000 to 10000 dollors I need all the duct work replaced also

Excellent and quality work. Professional in the way the work. The did an entire new HVAC unit for my mother-in-law and now us. Cleaned up before they left and explained the work they did.

We had them come out as our A/C was broken but still under warranty. We paid the initial $85 fee and then they wanted over double what 2 other companies wanted to fix it. Call around people - these guys rip you off!!

Great service! Showed up on time and was very quick on determining what was going on with the AC unit. Definitely recommend

Had our first yearly maintenance in 2 years. Now there's a leak on my ceiling. Called and said to shut off ac unit, that they should be out here soon. It's been 2 hours and a half and I'm still waiting for them to come out.

Just had a new a/c unit installed over the weekend by Kameron and Raymond. They did an excellent job. Both were very respectful and nice young men.

Very disappointed. Charged $380 only to be told that after 2 techs worked on the units I wanted repaired, that they couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. Value for money spent? Close to zero. Not very ethical.

Technician Jeff was fair, honest and knowledgeable, correcting my problem in just over an hour and explaining every step along the way. Highly recommended.
