All techs have answered any & all questions. Zero complaints here, will always use this company & continue to recommend to friends.

My wife told me Freddy wasn't very personable, but Scott came out today and was a real pleasure talking to him and he was explaining, in detail, everything he was and needed to do. Thanks, and love staying local when I can.....

Worst place ever all these good reviews must be relatives. My air handler is leaking into my house and they knew this but kept putting me off while they took care of their business customer so I waited a week they put me off again for two weeks. I made a new appointment called them to confirm the day after two weeks had past they put me off again. Mean while air handler is still leaking. If you guys did not want to do it tell me then for GODS sake I could have called someone sooner. Very unreliable place.

Called for service on my girlfriends ac. Teck came out diagnosed the problem then called back to the office for pricing on the parts and repair. I call later to check on the warranty if applied , cost, and timeframe etc. Melissa answers the phone and was very nice and warming. She told me I needed to speak to Cristina. After a short conversation I realized that this was either I disgruntled employee or a family member with no threat of unemployment. Either way I continued on with the repair based on the other employees.
Later that day I called around 2 to see when the part would be in and see if I needed to make a deposit to ease Cristina's mind on payment. In the earlier conversation she made the comment that she was looking out for the company. I had to leave a message with Melissa and after 24 hours with no call back I cancelled. I will not beg someone to take my money. I have been a small business for years in the coustomer service industry and tried to work with the company.
I can only say two out of three where great to deal with and can only assume the work I would have been pleased with. One Apple can ruin the whole basket and that was the case for me. If all work goes through her then good luck. In the mean time got the repair made with another company and saved $450 dollars.

Had my A/C replaced today by Chris' A/C. The technicians that came were both extremely professional and extremely courteous. The entire job was well managed and went very smoothly. Both techs. are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend

This company is the absolute worst. We have been living in a rental for the past two years. Our AC has been having issues from day one. Our landlord calls as soon as we let him know there is an issue. The company has promised to show up between a certain time on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, and never showed up and never called to say they couldn’t make it. One of the times that the guy actually showed up, he was very rude. He clicked a few buttons, looked in my attic and told me that it’s because my air filter needed to be changed. Mind you, my AC was still not turned on when he left. So, I went and bought a new air filter and put it in. Guess what? My AC still didn’t work! So I called to let them know and they never showed up. Finally, I’ve talked my landlord into using a different company. I wouldn’t suggest using this company.
