We just had our AC yearly service completed by Jeff this morning. He was professional, friendly, informative, efficient, and shared a nice chat with us about dogs and household pets while we completed our payment process. Unit is running like a champ! We will continue to refer our friends, family, and loved ones to Chris's AC if they are having issues with their home units. Thanks, Y'all!!!

It’s currently June 25th and 95’ outside. My AC, located in the attic, had an overflow which caused it to leak through my ceiling. After turning the unit off, I called at 2:54pm and a technician was at my house within an hour and a half. It’s now 5pm and I’m enjoying my AC once again. The bill came out to be $140, which I did not mind paying considering how quickly the technician arrived, especially since it’s summer in Florida and I know they are crazy busy. I will be scheduling a maintenance visit from this company yearly!

Freddy and Klayton installed a new air conditioning unit in our Florida Room today. They were friendly and very efficient. They did a fantastic job and it looks great. They also cleaned the area afterwards. We also appreciate Chris for recommending the unit and the timely turnaround time after ok to proceed. We highly recommend Chris' A/C for any service they provide. Also we plan to hire them to service our central unit. Thank you for great service!

Called Chris AC, one of the technician was sent to her house. Freddy is his name, very nice personality, nice smile and very professional. He did the job and fixed the problem with our AC. I could not be more happy and satisfied as a customer. Will not hesitate to call back Chris AC if service is required again.

Moved to Florida several years ago and realized you need a reliable AC company. I fumbled through a few, mostly not that good. I finally hooked up with Chris’ AC. This company still knows how to spell customer service. Top notch staff and growing. Some companies get lazy as they grow, not this one. If you’re not happy with your current situation, give them a call. I did, and I’m happy.

Had a complete heat/ac install today. The previous estimating and scheduling employees were very efficient and personable.
Installers Kalvin and Raymond arrived punctually, worked cleanly and efficiently, and explained everything clearly.
Also, thanks to Robert and his partner whose minor adjustment got everything working perfectly.

I was on a very short timeframe, moving out of state, and Melissa really seemed to care and expedited the part we needed. Our service technician was as professional and courteous as they come. I was absolutely 100% satisfied and appreciative of their efforts.

I needed a new hvac system & chose Chris’ A/C based on a previous good experience when I needed some electrical work done. I chose a Trane heat pump system & found the price to be very competitive. Kalvin & Trae did an awesome job installing it & explaining everything and were great to deal with. I would & definitely will recommend them.

They install AC 5 years ago and as soon as they installed, we have had problems, we make sure to let them do yearly check each year and two month later they finished yearly check, it broke again, can anyone answer my question? what's the purpose to do yearly check up? can you believe you need to call them to fix a new AC every year and I asked many times to talk to the owner but he never called me back to discuss about the problem. I do not recommend this company,.
