We just had a new unit installed. The men Kalvin and Trae were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They worked straight through till done. They did an excellent job and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They answered all of our questions and reminded us more than once to call if we have any questions or concerns. Our overall experience with this company was excellent. We would recommend they to anyone.

On a scale of 1-10 I give Chris’AC a 20. They are responsive, professional, and communicate on a timely manner. Melissa,in the office, went above and beyond to keep me informed on arrival times and most importantly was able to expedite the installation of my new system. The install techs, Trae and Kalgan, were professional, efficient, and answered my questions. I have piece of mind knowing that I have a quality system with a great warranty, and that if something should happen it will be addressed quickly. AC in Fl is too important to risk a no name system with a company that isn’t large enough to respond quickly.

We chose Chris to replace our central AC/heat pump. They installed a 4-ton Trane for $1K less than other contractors quoted for inferior brands. Every person we dealt with at Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They even offered to recharge our old unit at no cost to get us through some hot days until they could get the new one installed. I highly recommend.

Had new air conditioner installed today. Kalvin and Trae did an excellent job. Kalvin treated me with respect and provided me with information about my new system. I have used Chris' A/C for years with great success and satisfaction for all calls. I have recommended this company to others.

When our air conditioner broke down few weeks ago my neighbors recommended Chris AC. After getting the service my husband and I are really pleased and satisfied. On time, polite, professional, knowledgeable, oh, they are GOOD!! Hope we won't have trouble with A.C. again but if it happens we know who to call!

Recently had them replace my old AC system with a newer one. The technicians, Kameron and Raymond, were both great. They were polite, efficient, courteous, neat and organised. They were done in what felt like no time at all. The new systems installation looked much cleaner than the older ones, and they showed me how everything worked and asked if I had any questions before they left. I would definitely recommend Chris' AC!

Jeff with Chris' A/C came out when our A/C stopped cooling. Diagnosed as needing a new blower motor. They ordered it (was still under warranty) Two days later Kameron and Kalvin installed the new part and within 35 minutes of them arriving the unit was cooling again. Can't say enough about this company. Everyone you deal with including the office staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They deliver on their promises.

We recently had a new American Standard central heat and air system installed to replace a nasty, moldy, old system that was in the 1957 year old home when we purchased it. Immediately the air quality in the home has improved and the musty old house smell is gone! As for the company itself, from the promptness of their arrival to their product knowledge, the courteousness of the installers to their cleanliness, I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. Chris's AC Company did an outstanding job of helping our family find the right system for our home.

On a side note, I recommend anyone getting a new unit installed spend a little more to get the UV light add-on to prevent mold growing inside the unit and ducts. The moldy unit and ductwork that was pulled out of my home yesterday was vile and no one should have that in the air that their loved ones breathe.
