Chris' A/C Company

Chris' AC is very professional, honest and they do the highest quality work. They are very responsive and provide excellent customer service. Chris' AC installed a new system in my daughter's home yesterday. The workmanship that Calvin and Trace provided was world class. I was very impressed with these two young men on their professionalism and their desire to make absolutely sure the job was completed 100% accurately and that I was fully satisfied. I worked in the HVAC industry for 40 years and I highly recommend Chris' AC.

Update May 27, 2021: I continue to be very impressed with Chris' AC. They really care about the customer experience. Everyone at Chris' AC goes out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. I have 3 properties and they do all of my AC work. I had Freddy at one property last week, and Trae at another property today to perform routine maintenance. Both of these gentlemen are very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with them. In my 40 years working in the HVAC industry I've worked closely with AC dealers all over the United States. Chris' AC is one of the best. I highly recommend Chris' AC.

Called to get my maintenance on my air conditioner was able to get service that day. Trey was service technician he was very professional he showed me all the problems my electric bill was running extremely high, I know it’s been hot but in comparison to my neighbors bills I knew something was despite the fact my unit is older he showed me what was going on.. I will be getting a new unit soon and when I do I will trust Chris’s A/C to install it I’ve done a lot of research on reviews and satisfaction of customers and they have always stood behind they work and are reasonable priced.. and I was happy with the service I got yesterday and in the past.

Needed to replace my AC unit which was installed by Chris in 2002.
Kalvin was sent to diagnose my AC he is a very knowledgeable and polite technician. It was decided that I needed a new. We decided on the top of the line unit.
A few days later, Nick and Christian arrived to remove the old unit and install the new one. These two professional technicians had all the right/proper tools and equipment. A superb job.
If you are looking for AC service, Chris' is the best choice. There prices are right and service is top notch.

Excellent first time experience with this local company. So glad that I picked them since we see several other trucks in the neighborhood. Robert, service manager, provided outstanding advice and service. I had thought this repair was going to be the thousands based on past experience with South Florida companies. So beyond glad that we moved. Anyway, it only came to $235. Will definitely use this company in the future for maintenance and when we need a new system.

The company and their professional employees are very customer friendly and go beyond the norm for a quick and professional outcome. Their cost and speed of service was amazing.

I make deliveries to here about twice a week and the staff is the best. I would recommend to everyone that needs there service.

Brand new outside and inside unit. Do you wanna know why? Because we called the wrong people to come out and service our old unit when it wasn't cooling properly. We called Chris's Cooling and when they arrived they diagnosed that we had a small freon leak and proceded to fill our system with 410A freon. Well guess what? Our system doesn't use 410A freon. He was supposed to put R22 freon in our system because it was manufactured before 2010. Guess what happens when you put the wrong kind of freon in a unit? It literally destroys the inside unit and outside!!! So, we called AC Contractors for a second opinion. They discovered the colossal mistake the other company made. Here we are $15K later with a new inside and outside unit. Calling the wrong company can be very costly. We've contacted Chris's Cooling and they refuse to pay for our new system. They won't even refund the money they charged us for the original call out. I guess it's time to get a lawyer. Any recommendations for a good attorney would be appreciated. BTW, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND AC CONTRACTORS. They did a great job and very respectful.

We've been relying on Chris' A/C since we moved to Florida in 06/05.
I consider Chris a fiend and his team has served us very well over the years. They are a top notch crew of professionals. Several years ago we had one of our HVAC systems replace. Yesterday the second one was replaced. Never been dissatisfied with Chris' A/C service. All the technicians that have come to out home over the years have been very professional. Quality work and neat installs on both systems. I highly recommend Chris' A/C.

Just had my unit checked out by Morgan and Robert They both explained everything they was doing, Both guys were very respectful and professional. Great team work. I am VERY happy. Especially, ITS MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND and this MOM is very HAPPY!!

Can't say enough good things about this company & their technicians! Called them for our No Heat issue and the techs & Mr. Chris went above and beyond to fix several issues and get us up & running again. Highly recommend them to all!
