I hired Monar air on a recommendation from a friend. We had a leak in our upstairs A/C and couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from. Monar came out and troubleshot the system for nearly two hours and evacuated the drain line. The technician told me it should be fine but to keep an eye on the unit. A few weeks later the unit began to leak again and Momar readily came back out and removed the entire coil and located and fixed the issue. The office staff was very nice and even gave me a discount on the second service. They are a great company and I will definitely call them in the future for our HVAC needs; A+!

We have been working with Monar Air Conditioning for a few years now. They have been excellent! They arrive when scheduled and take care of the problem(s) right away. We have also had them install a new air conditioning unit for us which has worked flawlessly. We highly recommend them.

Monar Air installed a new 5 ton AC and air handler in Oct 2019. 30 days later I opened the air handler closet door to change the filter and saw a filter cover lying on the floor. I changed the filter and noticed the cover had a broken tab. I figured the installer pushed too hard to make it fit. I called the owner for a replacement and after reluctance and many questions he finally ordered one.

Two years later I get my first clogged drain pipe which should stop the AC with two float switches and it did not. Flooded my upstairs closet and garage below which caused LED lights to drop from ceiling to floor due to wet drywall in ceiling. I should have been on top of flushing the line and was not. Regardless the new unit failed miserably. I will cover the repairs out of pocket but would think something like this would work.

I called the customer service agent, Allie, and explained the issue and she said she would talk to service manager. Never heard back. Called again spoke with service manager and he said he would talk to owner Naraine about covering the call since it wasn't working. I received a call right back stating Arnold (Naraine) said he shows no record of the AC being maintained every six months and would not cover it.

This company is the last company I would pay for an ongoing maintenance contract. After spending $5600, if I asked for something, it was questioned repeatedly or the fact I didn't buy a maintenance contract means this owner made a poor decision not to support a paying customer. I called my realtor who referred this company to let him know of my unpleasant experience. No service after the sale. How do you stay in business like that? It appeared Naraine was good at talking his way out of this situation.

I will use All Year Cooling as owner Tom Smith has replaced AC units at my rental properties. Tom, unlike Naraine, knows the value of taking care of the customer and making them a customer for life.

I deal with many HVAC contractors all over the country. Monar is by far one of the best that I deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable, and get it fixed correctly the first time. They respond quickly, give honest diagnosis, and repair at a affordable price.

Nick, Arnold and their entire staff are extremely professional and very customer service oriented. They even have a way of giving you bad news without making is seem as bad as it is. They are a great company and I would refer to anyone in their service area.

I have been using this company for over 20 years. As a local real estate agent it is vital to know a company you can trust, number one and that is reasonably priced to be able to refer to my customers. This company is both that and more. I use them personally for all my A/C and appliance needs and they are also top on my list to refer to customers, friends and family!! I HIGHLY recommend Monar A/C and Appliances. Give them a call and you'll probably be using them as long as I have!

Horrible! Avy their service manager is rude and Condescending! He’d rather argue with a potential customer and has no understanding of customer service. Instead of answering legit questions he continually told me to find another company for the job. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing during the quoting process and it took two weeks to get a quote for a copper line repair which was greatly overpriced. They wouldn’t guarantee their work and added there could be more unforeseen expenses once they start the job, which is not taking responsibility and allowing the customer to assume all financial risk. Spoke to the owner of the company, Arlene and she didn’t care. Needless to say I did not hire them. If the quote process was this painful I can only imagine how painful it would be to work with them. Buyer beware!!!

If you are looking for an honest reliable A/C company with impeccable customer service then look no further than Monar. They could have easily done a simple quick patch job but they took their time to complete the job the right way. Highly recommend!

We have a very old A/C, it broke down - and we thought the worst! We worried needlessly- Monar sent us an angel! Abdul found the problem in minutes, repaired it quickly and efficiently, he also wore a mask at all times in my home.
It is refreshing to find a A/C company cultivates a feeling of trust and wants to repair your unit not just try and sell you a new one.
When the time comes? Monar will be the only company we go to for a new unit - Period!
