Cliff and Brandon were absolutely terrific. We ended up having to also have, Charles, one of the electricians fix some strange wiring before the installation could be completed. The attention to detail and professionalism is something you don't often see. They were prompt and truly took pride in their work. I used them to instal a new a/c for my room. The service manager “Justin” is a liar. The unit stopped working, and they refused to fix or replace the unit. I’m out $5,800 with still no a/c.

Jarrett was awesome at replacing a Capacitor in one of our units ... and then trouble-shooting a freon leak in our other unit.
Roberto was fantastic with replacing the Evap Coil.
And all done within a day or two, start to finish ... when other companies were telling us it would be a week before they could even get someone to our home ... and then another week or two for parts!

I used this company in 2019 to install my entire inside air handler. They did a fine job at a good price. Last month, they gave me a good price to install the outside condenser unit. They did good work. Yesterday, my air handler stopped blowing. They came and inspected it and told me the blower motor was bad. The good news was it is under warranty so I only have to pay for labor. They first told me it would be $795.00 to install the new motor. WOW! I looked up typical costs and saw prices much lower than the quote. After speaking to an owner or manager, I'm not sure of his title, he told me it was a misquote and it would be $595.00. It still seems to be about twice what it should be but I went ahead and had them do it. The work was done quickly and the repairman seemed to do very good work. He was in and out in much less than an hour. It makes me wonder how they do their pricing for labor. When I asked the manager about pricing, he went on to explain all of their overhead, all of their employees, all of their training. I don't think that is how figuring labor on warranty work is supposed to be done. I can say they do respond quickly.

I'm glad I called this company. Fast service, experienced people, no waiting time, and most importantly, not overpriced. Great job guys.
