From the service technician, Drew, to the installation crew, Shane and Donny, our experience was excellent. Drew was our first contact, he came out late on a Sunday afternoon to help us with our old system. While it was not salvageable in a time frame that worked for us (parts shortage, long wait) he explained options and worked hard to find a new unit for us. Today is Tuesday and we have our new system installed complete with ultra violet light and ducks cleaned thanks to Shane and Donny. Everyone we spoke with from phone calls, texts, and these guys were very nice, helpful and welcoming. We are more than happy with their service, their technicians and their weekend response. Also, Shane and Donny were very clean, neat and if not for the new system we wouldn't have known they were here. Fast.

The only thing that was negative is that the thermostat is set on a schedule that I have no idea to use or change and the tech was not helpful with that. I wish he would have taken the time to set ir with me and show me how
To use it,,, now I’m struggling and the ac turns to heat mode and changes all day and it’s really frustrating after suspending soooooo much money on a new system.

Cliff and Brandon were efficient and professional all the way, as well as personable. On time; explaining everything along the way. Every interaction we've had with Velocity has been professional and responsive from emergency services to scheduling of regular maintenance and system replacement. One of those rare companies still out there that gives great customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
The Dishonest, Untrustworthy leadership in this company will recommend subcontractors that they pay and use to do substandard work and then not stand behind them. That same leadership will then tell you that they will pay you for the repairs & the substandard work if you sign paperwork not to say anything disparaging against them on any Social Media sites or any type of reviews.

Velocity sent out Mr. Snyder who took care of a few repairs that were needed. Very professional and informative throughout the process.

Joey was out today and was so great. He took the time to explain everything and show me what to look for between visits. He recommended an expensive service but i'm currently between jobs and can't afford it this month so he spent extra time on a thorough clean to get me through until January. I would definitely recommend him!

These people preyed upon my senior parents. They "installed" an ac system without hooking it up to the ducts and drainage. All the moisture had nowhere to go, so it went into the attic, seeped through to the living room and collapsed the ceiling. All of the ceilings in the main part of the house had to be replaced (ALL of them) and the attic treated for mold. Now, months later and thinking that the worst was over, their heater, also installed by Velocity, stopped working. They get someone over to look at it today, 12-15-17, and they discover that the thermostat box was upside down, the wires had been installed in the wrong places, the housing was melted, and the wiring was melted. The tech who found it said that for there to be this much melt damage, the box had to have been sparking. This is in the attic over their bedroom. I wonder, had it caught on fire all the way, would my senior parents have survived? Would Velocity have THEN tried to make good?
