Velocity made a service appt. for a 1-3PM 1-9-23 ——I called at 4:30 to see if the technician was still coming, I was told he was in a meeting and would contact me as soon as the meeting was over. What was he doing in a meeting when he was supposed to be at my house. It is now 6:15 PM —no contact. Can’t believe he didn’t have time to be courteous & return my call & offer some explanation. Very rude & unprofessional not to do so. I’m sure some of their competition will be glad to get my business.

Air conditioning went down in house. I called Velocity since a friend recommended them. They recommended replacement due to condition and age of system. I agreed and signed contract to replace air conditioning/gas furnace. Took 8 days due to supply chain problems. The provided me with portables to make life bearable. They were professional, do quality work, and I would have given them 5 stars if it were not for billing as I will explain. About 4 days after i contacted them to do the work I received a call they could not get the brand on the contract and offered a substitute for $350 off, I agreed. When work was complete, the only thing that changed on the contract was the brand, the origional amount was the same, no $350 off. I mentioned this to installers and they looked at me like I had three heads, complained to office "crickets"........ My suggestion is when using Velocity if they are to make any equipment changes make sure the contract changes before they begin work. Nobody pays the exact same for different brands, the offer over the phone that I "did not get" was the correct one.!!!

Kenny our tech that came out to perform a precision tune-up is amazing, knows his stuff, found an issue and made the corrective repair. He took his time while at our home, explained in detail what issues he found and what he would do to fix. He took pictures of our unit in the attic so we could see what was going on above our heads so we did not have to crawl up into the attic. Thanks for great work Kenny!

They installed a complete new system last year. This year it stopped working. They sent Joey who was over an hour late who went outside to run the numbers and said the numbers were all high ( meaning it wasn't working) Then offered to sell us a 800.00 pump plus labor. For a system they just installed last year.
They are ALL ABOUT SALES. They want the money bottom line.
