Our AC broke down Friday night, they came out Saturday, and we gout our new system installed today. Our technician Cliff was on time, very professional, helpdul and got the job done all by himself in just a few hours! He explained everything afterwards and left us with a nice cool home :) highly recommended

Cliff is awesome. Professional. Knowledgeable. I hope they always send him to maintain my house. He is everything an AC repairman should be plus more.

Eric was great at explaining the possibles pros and cons of fixing the fan on the condenser vs replacing my system that is 17 years old, and he explained the various ac unit options for installation that made sense for me. Also, the technicians who installed the system were quick and friendly. Definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs or installation.

Having your AC unit break at any time in FL is frustrating but finding a reliable company to perform the job is even MORE frustrating. I shopped around not only for the best deal but in hopes to find the best service. Velocity and their team made it happen. I’m sure they have a great team but these two guys that did the installation were amazing!! Thanks a million to Eric, Randall and Calub. You guys rock!!!!

I bough A brand new AC from Velocity in 2017 and boy do I regret it. First off, I never got the permits for my AC because it never passed inspection. I paid 6k for the unit and have spent (at minimum) 2k in repairs… There’s some sort of electrical incompatibility that was never fixed which is why it never passed inspection. I’ve called to have them come out and get the AC up to regs and finally get my permit and nothing. At this precise moment Im having yet another repair done on the unit. Its apparently the motor but not only that 1/2 our house is without electricity. The AC is a lemon and the service has been just as bad. Im so disappointed and will never use or recommend this company.

They are wonderful first I spoke with Brad who came over to check our AC which wasnt working and he explained to us all the problems our AC had and we decided on doing a brand new AC unit. From there i spoke to Leeann who took care of the financing part and she was wonderful and made everything easy. The next day our AC Installation was done by Zayon and Steve they were very professional and let me know every step.of install. Than I spoke to Jamica about final payment and she was very sweet and professional as well. This all happened in a 2 day period just AWESOME 👌..

I would highly recommend Velocity Air Conditioning. I had gone to 2 other companies before finding them and I'm happy I did.

They are very responsive and reasonably priced. At 8pm our AC burst and started leaking. We called their maintenance line and within 20 min they got back and were here at 9am the next morning. Turns out we needed a whole new unit and within 2 hours we were approved for financing, quoted and set up for install the next day.

Brandon and Cliff showed up the following morning at 9am and were very professional and knowledgeable. They had our old system out and the new until installed in under 5 hours. Couldn't be happier with their work and service.

The technician Mr Oliver was awesome I enjoyed the brief visit. Mr Oliver was very knowledgeable on the equipment and was incredibly polite what a great experience thank you.

This is your typical business. They come to your house, offer you a discount to take your old equipment (which they all do, otherwise they don’t pass inspection) and the installation is of poor quality. They leave debris behind and resort to your typical, « the previous tech that came out no longer works at the company. » I guess you can’t rely on good work anymore and certainly not employees to do a decent job. The HVAC industry is just like auto shops. Give me my money and I hope never to see or hear from you. This was done to my 73 year old grandmother. Would not recommend this company.
