I called this company because of an ad they put in the mail. I explained to my husband that was a bad idea that a good reputable company does not need to bribe people to get them to call for service. Eitherway we called to do a yearly maintenance service on our AC at our home. The guy comes out and he does NOT even clean or do anything that he was hired to do. In fact he added the WRONG stuff to our AC telling us that it was low resulting in an entire FAILURE and now we are without AC at all. Another company came out that evening and told me that he did NOT clean it, he lied about everything and ruined my AC system in an attempt to get me to buy a NEW AC system and well here we are because of maintenance and not knowing what they were doing I now need to buy a new AC. Not happy. Never got a receipt for the service but I do have a $65 charge on my credit card for nothing and a headache. I will not do business with this company again. Lesson learned for us to not hire someone from a flyer you get in the mail that's promotional desperation mail. I will be much more careful in my future. Expensive lessons to learn here.

Feeling extremely frustrated. The tech that came out to do our repair convinced us to sign up for a $240 maintenance package, but did not explain that that package gave us a discount. So, when I called to cancel it, they would only refund $104 dollars. We ended up spending way more money than we can afford and we're left feeling like we were tricked.

Update - They never refunded us the $104 dollars.

I used this service for my free one year tune up. Very professional service, the tech explained everything in detail. I signed up for the annual membership to save on service call fees. I would use again.

Jason did a great job. I was told what he plans to do and what repairs were made. He gave me some recommendations but did not push me to make any purchases. Very professional.

Joe McC went the extra mile for us and we greatly appreciate his efforts! I do want to mention that this Ruud system we bought 2 1/2 years ago their 10 year warrantee does does not cover labor and parts as stated.
