Awesome experience when meeting Eric in sales to watching Cliff and Brandon perform a professional install on my Trane XR-16. All very knowledgeable no surprises everything went according to plan and on time. Highly recommend considering this company on your cooling and heating needs.

Roberto called ahead and arrived. He took care to trouble shoot things from the start. He was communicative and kept me abreast of the process. He took aim to remedy the assumed root cause and kept things simple. He resealed an area that needed attention. He cleaned up after self. I am grateful to Velocity for quick response and professional business.

Jason let me know his ETA, showed up on time, was polite, informative (friendly with my dog) and worked quickly. He let me know what he was doing, what would need to be done to keep my unit working through summer and storm season and was courteous through payment and paperwork. I could not have asked for a better visit.

Have used these guys exclusively for the last 10 years. The guys are great, professional, clean, courteous and they know their stuff. Always happy to help and answer any questions. I would use no one else highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After Brandon did his inspection, he found 2 leaks in coils. The coils & inside the AC unit had a lot of bacteria. We use your run-of-the-mill cheap filters (no one has allergies). The unit is located on 2nd floor within a 4x4' room. He stated that we would need a new coil system, replace the freon filter, located outside and he discussed the electrostatic filtering system & an upgraded hospital quality air filtering system (alone is ~$1240). We were out of warranty (2nd owner & 5 yrs & 2 mos on current warranty - 2 months beyond 5 yrs warranty).

Brandon writes up the quote (for everything above included) & comes to $3400. We were good w that and signed the quote. Next day, Roberto arrives at ~1030 am to start the work. He does everything except the hospital grade air filter ( He said, "they called him to do the work, because he was the best"). Well, he didn't leave until~530-6pm. Had multiple issues w installing the coil system and did not install the freon filter, nor the hospital grade air filtering system. He said it wasn't on the order... My wife spoke to Justin (Brandon & Roberto's boss) and he spoke over her and instead of calling Brandon to understand what happened, told my wife that they'll just take out the electrostatic filtering system!!?? No way to speak to a customer and his professionalism was very poor! I was told he would be calling me l, but never did. Come to find out, Brandon checked the wrong box on the quote!

I was the one that found that the freon filter was never installed?? Wonder if the rest of the work was completed correctly!?!

It's experiences such as this that gives rise to questioning their professionalism & lack of trust within their business!

I gave 1 star because John came out & installed the freon filter the first time!

I would lke a senior level manager/owner to call me!

Velocity Air is my go to for my home and now my business. When my air was failing at my business, and most companies were too busy to call back or go out for quotes, Velocity came out Thursday and quoted me a new system and Friday, the next day I had a new system completed and installed all by 2:00pm. They really saved the day !!

Everything went well; Shane was very informative, polite and professional.
The only concern is the trim around the attic access port was knocked loose and out of position. A nail was installed to attempt correction but was bent over rather than driving straight in. And the trim piece is still gapped open at one corner. I will correct this concern easily. Suggestion: the guys should be sure they have adequate miscellaneous supplies available, ie; nails. And ensure any repair is completed to owner satisfaction. Otherwise, your guys ROCK!

Supposed to do a tuneup on the system. Due to bad plenum he couldn’t perform the tuneup. Had to pay for plenum and maintenance due to bing cheeper according to him, plus that will fix the leak. I asked him to be sure that that will fix the moisture leak and he said definitely. Next day another group came back and replace the plenum. Still had a moisture leak and had to call them back due to ac not cooling at all. Another a day another person came back and did the maintenance and added 4 lb of freon. Plus extra money had to pay. Ac leak leak from the moisture still not fixed. They cannot figure out why is there.

Joey was knowledgeable about issue and quick to fix. He was great in explaining how issue occurred and what we need to do to prevent and address in the future. I highly recommend Velocity for any a/c issues.
