Our technician Tim was very patient and thorough in his assessment of our AC system. He explain his concerns and processes on how he corrected the issues that our unit was experiencing. We were very appreciative and thankful for Tim as he got our unit back to running as is it should in the Florida heat!

Cliff was very respectful and positive. he answered all of my questions well and it looks like he did a great job, just installed yesterday. My only reason for not giving the 5th star is because they were over an hour late, but that was not Cliff's fault because he was not told to come earlier. Overall a great job, would recommend them and use them again! :)

After the service call and found out that my entire system needed to be replace. That is when everything else has gone wrong. I call them and they are very not professional they don't call you back. The have left the furnace unfinished. The worst customer service in there office. Tyler the owner, I am sure he is not getting any of my messages. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Brandon and Clifford at Velocity did a great job. Clifford’s installation was very professional. They left the work site very clean and explained the thermostat operations and how to process the inspection paperwork. They even showed up hours before we were expecting them.

This company was great to responding to my inquiries in reference to the air conditioning issues. The unit turn off switch went off so no air, until the next day. However, somewhat disappointed when I was told the unit probably had a leak. The serviceman charged me a $370 fee to dismantle the unit just to find the cause of the leak, and found none. He also suggested Freon which he did put in the condenser. Overnight, The pan filled up with water again, which I had to drained myself. I called again and serviceman, Erik came out and cleaned out the drain pipe, and vacuum the water out of pan and now seems to be working properly. Of course, I will call back if the pan refills overnite! One should not have to drain the unit on a daily basis! Erik was very professional, knowledgeable and set the turn switch back to the proper position which apparently was not set properly. Thank you to Erik and the quick call service communications in getting my problems solved!!

My unit was installed in December of 2021 In June of 2022 I had a problem with my air conditioner now today August 13th of 2022 again I have a problem with my air conditioner this time worse it's not working I called this company The young lady told me how I can service the air conditioner myself or pay $216 plus a $79 service . This company only wants your money they don't care for you as a customer, you're just dollar bills do not use them. I regret I did the installation. Apparently they have very little follow up or care for their customers They told me how to unplug the drain before even telling me about the fees - to come out and do a cleaning, Bad company don't bother calling on them. February 6th 2023, a local quality heating and air conditioning service came out and the technician did not have to go far to tell me ghat the company that installed the new ac unit, failed to seal the joints of the duck work. I call volacity whom I have been calling since 2 months after the unit was installed. Now I k ow why my unit is not working correctly.

My mother’s air conditioner stopped working in mid-February, but we decided to wait until March to replace the old unit. Last Friday her house was hot and un-bearable and I knew I could not go another day without calling someone. I went to “Angi” to request a quote and Megan with Velocity Air immediately reached out and scheduled an appointment with me. The day of the appointment Keisha reached out to confirm the time and stated that Brandon is the name of the technician and the time that he would arrive. Brandon called and arrived earlier then the scheduled appointment time and took pictures of the old unit, and the air handler. Once completed he and I discussed a trade-in of my old unit and the cost of a new unit (honestly, I thought I would end of paying more). Brandon squeezed me into a scheduled slot the same day to install our new air conditioning unit. Installers Cliff and Jason came out later that day to install everything. They were friendly, funny and professional and did a great job with the install. The entire Velocity team was amazing and last night I finally had a good night’s sleep! Thank you, Velocity for a job well done!!
