Velocity replaced our AC system today and we could not be happier with their service. They were on time, efficient, and clean. Bill came on Wednesday to inspect the unit for a maintenance contract and discovered that our unit on the roof was hanging by a thread.It had been on the roof of our 13 story building, on the water, since 2005.Rather than wait for it to go out in this heat, we opted to replace it. The techs, Cliff and Brandon, did an awesome job. They were fast and knew exactly what they were doing.We highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

David has come out twice in 2 days and is quite knowledgeable (obviously) and very nice. He made a slight mistake and took ownership and made it right. That’s customer service! Thank you David and Velocity!! 🙏🏻 UPDATE (2/20/22): Kenny, Foster, & Jason are amazing and installed a new ac unit in less than 16 hours after finding out the old one was out. Bravo Velocity!

Cliff and Brandon were awesome, quick, informative and timely. We needed a new system. Cliff explained everything upfront with options. He and Brandon were here at 9am by 12 they were finished. We were throughly satisfied. We highly recommend them.

Randall and Caleb were fantastic with my new A/C system installation the other day! They worked very hard in a difficult environment (my A/C system is located in a tight attic space in my building)! They were both very professional and helped me to understand important aspects of my new system. Thanks to them and the Velocity Team, I now have a terrific new system that is much stronger and cools my home in minutes! Thanks for all your help with resolving my A/C system issues!

I give them 2 stars because. One I can give 5 stars for their service and how quick they were to respond. The price was reasonable. However I have called so many times to get the inspection done after their work and no one has showed up yet. It took forever to get the permit and even a response. I have also complained to them that when the AC turns off it sounds like someone has jumped on my roof and no one has showed up.but as far as their service and the guys definitely 5 stars.and when I say service I mean how the great job the guys did while they were here.

This company completely ripped off my 84 year old father not once, but TWICE!! He is easily confused and they took advantage of him!!!! DO NOT trust this scammer company!!!
