Did a great job today, will follow-up Monday for the 2nd job.Ok, so here we are. Both of my HVAC units are working.......Systems are purring like mountain lions......Good Job to Isaiah and Patrick.......I have 10 years of Warranty service in front of me.

Understanding how hard it is to go without air conditioning they went way above and beyond to help get everything resolved as quickly as possible. I had issues that had to be dealt with before I could get the installation done and ran into some problems and they were quick to help and this employee was amazing and helped tremendously I was dumbfounded. Also when I had it finally installed the employee was so amazing and helpful to make sure I was extremely knowledgeable on what I need to do to maintain and save money in the process. I recommend this company 100%.

Great service overall. They were there on the set appointment time. Carl was very knowledgeable and along with Brandon they did an excellent job . We are very pleased with the AC installation and would recommend Velocity Air to anyone.

This whole experience was great. Our unit was in stock, the price was more than fair, and everyone we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Kenny and Jason did an awesome job installing our unit. They were fast, profession, and very helpful. They set everything up and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience was exceptional. Can’t say enough about how courteous, kind, respectful and knowledgeable Joey Thomas was. Not only did he fix my problem quickly but educated me on some things that would benefit our household in the future.

Shane and his helper did an excellent job! They're also mindful careful and all what they did. My new system is great! Also I forgot this but call the memorial day next day. Got a new system. Brandon also helped me diagnose and with my system and came out of memorial day and also I got a call back that day to get the system replaced. I'm all done now cuz of 1:00 p.m. today awesome!

Little pricey we should have gotten another estimate but nice people . Dropped our unit off the back of the truck when unloading and just noticed my bedroom wall , they put the screws right through everything into my bedroom ruining the wall . Could have used shorter screws . We just redid our bedroom now have to replace two sheets of beadboard. Not happy

Within an hour of my call someone was at my door. A day later Cliff was there to do a total replacement. They had an issue which they overcame quickly. I felt comfortable and trustworthy of leaving them there while I had to leave town. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend Velocity.

Showed up within 2 hours and able to install new AC tomorrow! Its july and no AC is a death sentance.

Update: new AC is up and running. Bryan did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable and answered all m questions. He went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. Give that man a raise!

I have been using Velocity for 3 years now. I always have great experiences with the company. This year I worked with Jason.H. who was incredibly kind, thorough, and informative. I have an older AC unit and they have prepared me for my eventual replacement. They made it clear that they're a business that will work with you to get you where you need to be (reasonably) so I look forward to working with them throughout the next year while I sunset this beast.
