Choosing a company to service something like your AC & heating can be stressful and nerve wracking especially when you know nothing about it. It was complete randomness that I chose Pleasant Air when I needed help when my ac died on me a couple years back. But by the grace of the heating & cooling gods, I got lucky. This company has truly been pleasant.
They are always there promptly on the same day I’ve ever called and needed someone out ASAP. They’re true to their word, go above and beyond anything I’ve expected out of them and have taken very good care of me at every service call.
I would absolutely recommend Pleasant Air over and over again to anyone who is looking for heating/cooling service and considering them. As far as my experience goes with them, you won’t be disappointed

Good Air conditioning service, be warned that they make a few mistakes, such as leaving there refrigerant and there cleaning is a little bit unhelpful because for our air condition, it removes the lubricant from our fans for our air condition. This makes it do it screech a few times but is easily fixable.

Our experience was wonderful. From making the appointment for the estimate to the install everyone was great. The price was good and Lenny and Chase installed, cleaned up any mess they made and thoroughly checked both heating and cooling temperatures before they left. The office called to confirm if we were happy with everything. Highly recommended.

In the latest cold snap, the heating system did not go on & the temperature in the house was falling. Pleasant Air does all my repairs & maintenance. I called about 11AM & a repair man was at my house by 12:30. He took care of the problem & the heating came back on. Pleasant Air takes care of their customers like they were family.

Great experience! Having to replace the a/c system is never something anyone wants but the Pleasant Team were wonderful. They went the extra mile, did a fantastic job, cleaned everything before they left....could not ask for a more professional service at a good price. Our AC unit went out a year ago and after going through a few estimates, Pleasant Air were the best price and were quickest to install. A year later and had a draining issue. The phone person had someone out same day and they do a courtesy annual checkup, perfect! The same person (Chad) who we had for the estimate a year ago was out to do the checkup. Was nice to see him and he remembered my little boy from last year. My son was even sad to see him leave! Really a pleasure all around. Words can’t express how happy we have been with Pleasant Air!

We had Pleasant Air Conditioning come out today on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend because our AC stopped working. They answered the phone right away and scheduled a service tech to come out. Matt our service technician was great he diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed our issue. He throughly explained what caused the issue and ways to help prevent it from happening going forward. I appreciate Matt’s professionalism and letting me bug him with a lot of questions. If I need to have Pleasant AC come out again I will request Matt to be the technician.

While in the process of buying my house, I discovered that the older AC units would need to be replaced at some point. Knowing this, I was ready for the expense; I just didn’t know it would be 6mos after closing! That said, when my AC went down, I immediately went into sales mode: 4 quotes, ask all the right questions, do all the necessary homework! I discovered all kinds of new things: Seer rating, UV lights, air handlers vs compressors, speeds, etc. in the end, I was very confused and naive; however, when I called and spoke with Tim at Pleasant AC, it was the best choice! He was knowledgeable, and not pushy. He was fair and honest, and in the end, not only was his price the best, but the service was impeccable! The installers were kind, courteous and available. I hardly knew they were there! When they finished, they walked me through the checklist, and I was engaged and impressed! Tim, I can’t thank you enough! Not that I am waiting for the 2nd unit to die, but when it does...you’re my first call! Thanks a ton!!
