Excellent service. Purchased a new air handler and heat pump. Provided several options / prices for our home. Tim was great, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Prices are fair and competitive, inline with other quotes. Installer was awesome! We upgraded in an older house with tight spaces. Rob had everything up and running same day. From first contact to service delivery this was a great experience. Everyone is kind, courteous, and prompt. I was referred by a friend and would also refer this company to anyone looking for a/c service.

They sent a guy out the same day I called. It was dark outside and the guy replaced my fan motor and capacitor quickly and professionally by flashlight. He had everything he needed in his van and had my heat pump back up and running within a couple hours. Maybe not the cheapest in town but sometimes you get what you pay for.

James came out within 24 hours and completely installed a whole new unit, was very communicative, and time efficient. I truly appreciate him and will recommend him to anyone moving forward looking for air services. Thank you so much again!

I have used Pleasant Air for years although have been guilty of AC negligence in the past couple years. Richard Burriss arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He answered all my initial questions and explained everything that he did and that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. The price was fair, and the service was done efficiently, but not rushed. I will see you in 6 months and hopefully not before!😀

Pleasant Air installed a new Trane A/C system and despite several problems with my attic, and prior installation, these guys were completely professional, knowledgeable and approached each problem with conviction and determination. The installers were hard working, courteous, and never stopped until the job was complete. It is difficult today to find a company who does what they say they are going to do and Pleasant Air is that company. I highly recommend them. In fact, I already recommended them. They were wonderful. Thank you for the great job!!

I am very pleased with the job these guys did. Tim came to my home and gave me a very detailed and accurate quote. Rob and Adrian came today as promised and did an outstanding job installing new ducts and air conditioning system. They were very professional from start to finish. They cleaned up everything when they were done and I am now writing this review in air conditioned comfort. I highly recommend Pleasant AC!

We called Pleasant Air based on our referral from our Mother. Pleasant Air replaced her AC unit in December 2016 and did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. Our need was for a rental property that had a unit that was over 20 years old and had been nursed along over the past 3 years. Tim responded to our call promptly and provide an estimate. He was honest about the replacement size needed and the time frame to replace (estimated to be within 3-4 days). We signed a contract expecting the unit to be replaced within 3 days and based on another job being rescheduled, our unit was installed the next day. The onsite crew led by Robert did a great job, and worked around not only our schedule but that of our tenants. We are very pleased with the final unit and steps taken to ensure all is up to code. We will be using them for future service needs. Thank you for making an unexpected expense as painless as possible.
