The heating element in my 4 year old Trane went bad. The part had a 10 year warranty, and yet they still charged me $579 dollars for a service call and labor to replace it which took no more than an hour, total. I feel ripped-off and taken advantage of. I'll not be recommending this company any longer and will look elsewhere for a service company to maintain my systems.

Pleasant air put a new system in for me about 3 years ago. They did a very thorough installation and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone I have talked to from the salesman, girls on the phone and service people have all been very nice and helpful. My new system has ran error free .
I believe the prices to be reasonable too

We just returned from vacation and our air conditioning system quit working late on Saturday afternoon. We called Pleasant Air and they were here within 4 hours and took care of the issue immediately! We always rely on Pleasant Air! They are responsive and do a great job!

As soon as we purchased our home our heater went out. Stephen came out and identified the issue promptly but the part we needed wasn't in stock. It was the coldest day of the year and he sympathized with us for our kids comfort so he did something to make things bearable until the part came in. Very thoughtful and professional. Once the part came in he had it installed within an hour and we were up and running.

6 months later, our ac unit stopped cooling properly. Mike, Nick and Randy came out and quickly identified multiple issues including a disconnected duct, additional damaged ducts, and a bad coil. The coil was in stock and replaced promptly by Mike and the ducts were replaced quickly by Nick and Randy. All three of them navigated our rodent-ridden tiny attic which was well over 100 degrees and they were drenched with sweat. During the entirety of this, all three of them remained entirely professional and positive and got the job done. A day later we felt that things still weren't cooling 100% correctly, so the owner sent Mike back out who immediately found the issue and fixed it without charge. I felt like Stephen, Mike, Nick and Randy all take pride in their work and were dedicated to getting things exactly right for us. They treated my wife who is not a native English speaker with utmost patience and professionalism and they were very respectful of our concerns and our children's comfort.

VERY fair prices, prompt service, and the most professional technicians you can find. From the moment you call the office and speak to the woman managing the office, to their text messages notifying you what your technician's name is and that they're on the way, to the emailed invoices with photos and detailed explanations of what they've done and a breakdown of the charges, the customer service is incredible. I don't write reviews often, but this is a special case and they deserve it. Hire Pleasant AC without hesitation and you'll be glad you did. I sure am.

Prositive - they answered the call promptly and sent out a service tech the next morning on a Saturday. Both individuals were very nice and professional.

Negative - they charged $292 for a $20 capacitor and $179 for a $20 hard start relay which is a ridiculous markup! Total bill was $608 which included the after hours dispatch fee.

I’m not complaining about the dispatch fee at all because it was a Saturday and I appreciate that they came out asap. But to charge so much for simply swapping out a battery is not cool. Just my two cents. I wrote this because when we read their reviews, there was a few reviewers that mentioned fair pricing. There was nothing fair about the pricing.

Will never refer or use again.

Great company, had them install my air conditioner about 6 months ago and just had my first scheduled servicing. The install went really smoothly, the guys were very knowledgeable and friendly, very clean work and quick installation. I've had no issues with my air conditioner, the lower humidity in my household makes it seem cooler than the old unit did. I don't even have to run my air conditioner nearly as much as I used to, keeping my power bill lower! Lower! The technician that came out to perform my service call was friendly and on time, no issues in the system. Very happy with the entire process! Would recommend to friends and family!

Called on Sat afternoon and they offered to come out se day, but we opted for Monday. They have us a 60 min notice and when Mike arrived he was pleasant and professional. Mike did a wonderful job. A different company came out and told us we needed to replace a motor that would cost over $2K. Mike cleaned the drain (this is what caused it to not work). He performed a coue other basic maintenance things we knew would be needed. Mike cleaned up after himself. We are very pleased and signed a contract for 6 month maintenance visits. Will certainly recommend.
