Nick S. Was wonderful. He figured out almost immediately what was wrong and fixed it. Mind you he was here as a second opinion because the first company could not figure it out.

Came to my house twice in the last 2 days and A/C still keeps shutting off. Nice guys but feels like they are just guessing and doing the same thing I’m doing (I have no experience with a/c) they get it working and leave and a few hours later it shuts off again. Very disappointed and hot.

We have had an issue with one of our AC units and had not been successful in getting it resolved for several weeks. The technician, Nicholas, was determined to identify the problem and he was able to figure it out. We really appreciate the effort he put in to fix the problem.

Extremely knowledgeable and competent installers replaced indoor and outdoor units in less than one day, and took the time to review the system with me after they were done. Very friendly too!

I had pleasant AC come out to replace my air ducts Not only were they significantly cheaper than everyone else they did a fantastic job My house is staying cooler than it is ever stayed and on the last couple of days where it was cold my house was nice and hot The rooms I was having trouble cooling or staying hot before finally get get the heat and cooling they needed I would highly recommend this company everybody was super friendly and nice also Arthur the guy who did my quote was knowledgeable and very very friendly I'll definitely be going back to them for all of my AC heating needs

Mike Cole did a great job on our air conditioner. I really appreciated that he showed up so close to the start of our scheduled window.

Arlen is a caring professional and I'm sorry if his business was damaged by my earlier review. Gary Laniewicz 03/24/2023 Charged $99 for an inspection that was an attempt to sell me ductwork I didn't need (doubled the cost) and an A/C unit that was overkill. BEWARE!
