Our air conditioning stopped working for no apparent reason. I called and they arrived within an hour and had the system back up and running very quickly. Tyler was awesome and I would easily recommend Pleasant as an awesome company with great service!

I had a new Trane unit installed at my house by Pleasant Air. Great job, I’m very happy with the result. Arthur was responsive to all my questions/concerns. Glad I did it, my electric bill dropped considerably.

My one year old air conditioning system purchased and installed by Pleasant went out this evening. After calling Pleasant (after business hours), Chance was dispatched and arrived at our home within two hours. Chance was able to get the system back up and running within an hour. While Chance advised that this is a temporary fix, he advised that Pleasant staff would be back out with a permanent fix once I contact their office tomorrow to schedule an appointment. While we have had some hiccups with the new system, Pleasant continues to come out promptly, and they have assured us that they want us completely satisfied with our new new system. Chance was efficient, professional and courteous.

Pleasant AC is an excellent company. The first sign of this is when I called them around 10pm on a Friday or Saturday night and spoke with Tim who was very knowledgable. Rest assured this company is diligent, follows through, has very good pricing and QUALITY work. Some of the wiring, insulation etc. was a major upgrade by the time they completed. Very very fair pricing. Can't recommend enough. Do not be afraid that they are a larger company, I went off of reviews that Friday or Saturday night and they fulfilled everything I expected and more.

I needed a rapid service for my rental home before new guests check in. They accommodated my needs ASAP! The dispatcher Lady was very friendly and professional, Nick, the technician taking care of the issue was perfect with communicating about what was wrong and what should be done and that all happened over the phone. I am very grateful and super satisfied with the whole experience in general. Thank you!! :)

1,5 week later the air stopped working again... I called the company and asked if they can come over ASAP as the guests at my rental need the issue resolved rather immediately. They sent a technician within an hour of my call on Sunday evening ! Turned out it was an electrical issue so they could not fix it and advised to call electrician - but did not charge for the visit!! That’s what I call perfect customer service - I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you!!

My AC was blowing hot air, and of course on a Friday night. I found them through a local FB page with good reviews and having such bad experiences before with other companies, I was nervous but I called. Tyler came out very quickly, assessed the issues, and didn’t charge me $1000 or try to sell my a repair that wasn’t needed. I will definitely use them from now on.

From the initial quote thru final sign off of the permit the communication was amazing. Tim & his team were the best, at a great price. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a choice. The installers were super friendly, knowledgeable and left the work are very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had a good storm this evening. The lightning was pretty intense. My ac unit stopped working right after the storm passed.
I called Pleasant AC and the guy fit me in even tho they’re super busy tonight. I received a call from the service tech about 45 minutes later. He said, sometimes when lightening hits close to your house it will overload the compressor. He had me turn my ac back on and Walla my house cooling down. He saved me money as these house call are not cheap.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I will always recommend them to everyone.

We had Pleasant AC install a new Trane heat pump and do seasonal maintenance on our 2nd Trane heat pump. From Arthur (sales) to the installation team (Rob & ?) to the service guy who did the seasonal maintenance, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very competent/knowledgeable. They did not cut corners and stayed about 10.5 hours to complete the job and make sure we were good with the new thermostat(s). Our job included work on the existing unit and the team came with everything they needed, no "oh we didn't know about that" or "we left it at the office." When they were done everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We would definitely recommend Pleasant AC for major installations, repairs and seasonal maintenance.
