I have dealt with Midway for two years now… the company is everything you want and need. Quick response, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable. When so many companies lack reasonable and good customer services, this company checks all the boxes! No surprises here…. Very professional!

We've used Midway Services for AC maintenance & electrical repairs. Their office staff & technicians are awesome, always very courteous & explain what they're doing & any recommendations. Today, Shawn, did the semi-annual AC maintenance & installed a UV light. Thank you!

Called for an estimate-was told someone would come out between 8a-5p. Sd I don't live at the address and hv a 30+ min drive - cld not wait all day for someone to show. Doesn't matter... Pompous! ALL plumbing companies I called offer a 2 hour window.

Devon came out today after we called about a loud noise from our outside unit. He was very thorough and did a great job of cleaning the inside of the unit that had debris in it. He was very conscientious in troubleshooting and checking the circuitry to find what was causing the noise. We were glad to have a technician with his expertise to check our system!

Paul is a fantastic professional. He fixed the A/C issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly and kindly. Thanks very much!

We called about a surge protector needing to be replaced and Kevin came out within a couple hours to replace the fried protector. Not only that, but he painted over a spot on the house that was burnt by the surge. Great experience.

We had an electrical problem that we could not fix and I remembered seeing this company advertisement on a vehicle and decided to give them a call and see if they could give me an estimate. They were able to come out immediately to look at our issue. Moe was the name of the person they sent out to us. He was very friendly, professional and reasonably priced and was able to help solve our electrical problems very quickly. Next time I have an issue I will be requesting Moe to come out again. He made the process very easy and he was very efficient he is a very nice person as well.

Tech was great. Was here for annual water heater clean out and plumbing check. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, prompt, courteous. Heater died on the eve of the coldest day in 30 years. Midway installed a temporary fan motor to get us though until the correct part arrived. Price was reasonable as well.
