The service tech, (Paul Cuthbert) was personable and very professional. He was knowledgeable & thorough. I would request him again.

Terry was the technician that came to my house. He was very professional, explained how he would find the water leak in my walk. He did a great job, cleaned up and referred me to a secondary vendor to repair the sheet rock.
Terry was careful to minimize the wall damage as he tracked the leak.
I appreciate his great service and will use Midway Services again if I ever need plumbing services again.

I called to set up a service call at 9AM to have a Diverter shower valve replaced. The service tech came at 10:45 which was unbelievable. I was expecting a late afternoon appointment. Jose was very professional and nice. He replaced the shower faucet/Diverter and did a very neat job. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable. Midway has never let us down and I would recommend them to everyone.

These guys work, their tails off! Under Kevin’s guidance Genon (worm) & Troy they all got down and dirty and didn’t let a little rain stop them from running new electrical cables. Quenton & Jason teamed up to install the mini-split. They were very professional, did quality work and clean up.

I was not getting any hot water from my tankless water heater. Gerard came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem, a leak in the concrete. He set up an appointment for Leak Detection to come out and then he returned to dig into the concrete in my closet and repair the pipe. He was professional, explained the problem and answered all my questions. I was very happy that he was able to remove the laminate in my closet in such a manner as to make the laminate easy to reinstall. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after task was completed. Hot water is now restored and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Thanks to Gerard and all the other fine folks at Midway.
