I had some electrical work done with lights being changed to LED in my garage and under sink cabinet. Kevin and Gannon were professional and did quality work. I will definitely be using Midway again for my electrical and plumbing needs. It is because of the quality of your employees that I can't say enough about the great service I get. Again Kevin and Gannon thank you so much for being so polite and making me feel confident about the electrical work done.

Scott and Quinton were amazing. They came in and explained everything to us about our until and what was wrong. Got the air back running cool in no time. They also explained the bi yearly membership check up and it was better deal than not having it so totally went with it. Great service and great people!

I had two jobs for the plumber and also got an estimate to add water access to the side in front of the house. Midway helped me make good choices about the equipment. I was buying to have installed and took care of the job properly quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the friendliness of the Plumber/technician.

Mike Schogen our serviceman was the reason I chose Midway to attend to our plumbing needs in our kitchen. I had a number of estimates and some were less but his professionalism, respectful good nature at our estimate sold me. Midway also provided a Veterans discount as advertised as well. Mike arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. As we are snowbirds Florida is a new experience and happily a good one with his company and its serviceman and office staff..Thanks for making this a good experience so far!

Quentin came in and showed us the build up on our system , he made sure that our ac unit is spotless, Quentin took extra care knowing that this unit serves for my sister who has MS and sanitized all components.. great job Thank you!!!!

Our AC went out this weekend and Midway Services responded quickly to our service call. Our technician, Quentin, was very knowledgeable about our issue and patiently explained the problem and solution to my family and me. He was very professional and courteous.

My newest go to service handler for electric work. Hands down..Troy was a great person and handled the service very quickly and professionally. I thought it was going to take a couple of hours and be a little costly but was not even close to what I expected. Made my day! I hope I can use him as my main service tech moving forward. Very responsive to request to send an electrician to get estimate for installing and replacing motion sensor lights. Troy came on a Wednesday and after I accepted the estimate he was back the following Monday to do the job. Troy arrived ahead of the timeframe I was given and completed the job quickly. Troy was very pleasant, explained what he had done l, and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. This was my first encounter with Midway Services and I am very happy and highly recommend them.

We recently had a bad experience with another AC company. We called Midway to see what, if anything, they could do to help us. Quenton Jones arrived in short notice and listened to our problems, looked over the existing situation and offered several options. He also called a colleague, Corey Dominguez who came right over and also reviewed our situation. Bottom line out AC was under sized and installed improperly. They were very thorough in explaining several options they felt would help us and also explained in great detail the services they could provide to fix our problems and finance the fixes going forward. We have signed up for their Advantage program and hopefully will have many good years of quality service with them to come.

Paul did an incredible job educating me on A/C maintenance during my 6 month check up. He took care of everything that was outlined in the maintenance schedule. I definitely recommend this business.
