We had great success with Midway for our personal residence, it seemed only natural to call for the needs of our parish church. The office was courteous and responsive. We needed to repair a shattered junction box and upgrade interior lighting in the chapel. Chris came punctually and was very friendly and engaging while putting together the estimate. We found the quoted price was quite reasonable and accepted. Less than a week later, Chris and Troy dutifully returned with needed new equipment and the tools of their trade and proceeded to complete the project list. They were great, friendly, engaging and masters of their trade. The job was done quite well and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Midway Services for all of your electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry needs. A huge shout out and thank you to both Chris and Troy for a job very well done.

Paul and Scott came out and assessed my heat pump which needed replacing. They were extremely professional and informative and explained everything to me. I went with the advantage plan and will be getting a new unit along with a new water heater. I am very happy with Midway and look forward to working with this company for many years.
These guys were like talking to good friends no pressure sales.

I hired Midway services for plumbing updates. They changed valves under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Also, changed valves for washer. Alex and Christian arrived on time, worked non-stop and completed job in under 2 hours. They were very courteous and answered all out questions and concerns. WOW is all I can say. I called on a Wed afternoon as our current 20 yr old system was just not working as it should. I told her that we were looking at inspection of current unit and also a quote on new system. Greg (sales) and Fernando (Tech) showed up on Thurs morning and while Greg spoke to us about the systems available, pricing and the advantage program Fernando did a very thorough inspection of our unit and air handler. Since it is 20+ yrs old it doesnt use the current freon, the coils were all rusted and there were numerous issues with our current system (Which we knew due to age).
Greg suggested the unit for us, it has the dehumidifier built in and UV protect. Also with the Advantage plan it is all covered, maintanence, repairs, parts, even the filters so we decided to go that route.
Can you believe they were able to install it the next day! That was amazing. So on Friday morning, Anthony and Alejandro showed up in the morning and got started on the install. They were so professional, very nice and made sure to clean up after they were done. They finished right about 4:30 that day and then gave us a walkthrough of how to use the new thermostat.
I cant say enough about this comapny and the great customer service they provide. Highly recommend!!

I’ve trusted Midway services for a long time to help keep my older home in good working condition. The technicians who have come are always knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday, Jose, the plumber who helped us, went the extra mile to fix a problem. He also had a helpful suggestion for how to circumvent the problem in the future. I really appreciated his good care.

Midway just left. Quentin and Juan are fantastic. Laid out what was wrong and had a few options for repair. No pressure what so ever. Quentin very polite to talk to and kept me informed. He is also a Veteran and appreciated his service. If anything happens in the future I will be calling Midway Services.

Been customer of MS for years. Called Jul 5 to schedule a preventive maintenance check for my residential a/c and was told they couldn't get to me until Sept. Yes, Sept! So, if I'm proactive they can't do the job for at least two months? Obviously not interested in my loyalty! Moving on.

First timing working with Midway Services for my HVAC tune up at my Seminole home. Had an absolutely amazing experience with the team they sent out. Paul, Devon, and Scott where amazing. They took their time to make sure everything was double checked and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your HVAC needs.

I called on a Sunday morning because my air conditioner was leaking water. Not only did Midway Services respond within an hour, but the repairman, Anthony, was extremely professional. He explained everything to me! The price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend Midway Services.

Update--today 6/2/23 I met with Corey and Christian to discuss replacing my current A/C. They were the utmost professionals, taking the time to discuss all of my options. I chose a system that I believe will serve me now as well as in the future. I cannot say enough about Midway and I recommended them to anyone needing A/C services.

Paul was great - he knew immediately what was wrong with my AC unit and was able to provide the new part on the spot. He was transparent in responding my questions, and didn’t hesitate to check my indoor unit when I asked. He also was happy to get his hands dirty to clean out the drain pipe. Would recommend these guys for all AC related needs.
