Grainger Industrial Supply

Not a great experience. After waiting multiple days for my items to arrive at the local store one of them doesn't show and I have to extend my completion date. Then I show up the next day to wait outside for over 30 minutes with at least 4 other people for a pick up that should take 2 minutes. There needs to be some serious improvements made to this work flow.

Maria at the Clearwater store is an outstanding professional. She makes all of our purchases a pleasure! I would highly recommend this store.

Ok visit wait outside and didn't have the part google said was instock but.... 5 stars because sales man XRXS238 was awesome. He couldn't fix the fact it wasn't in stock but cross referenced my part with others and sold me an equivalent motor and saved me $ . Meaning an 80 yr old women has A/C today instead of 3 days from now. Thank you . wish I caught his name but all I got is employee# from reciept

Very poor customer service. The employees didn't even look me in the eye. They did not have what I was looking for nor did they want to help me find what I was looking for. I'm very dissatisfied with my overall experience. I just ordered what I needed off of Amazon and now get it in a couple days.

Everytime I come here, there's a line out the and 1 person servicing the whole place and then taking literally over an hour on some people just browsing for item instead of helping everybody that's ready and giving the customer which is holding up process the book and page as to what they're looking for and letting them look and make a decision as to what they want. instead the only employee just sits there loly gagin and waisting time with the customer that come in here on a hurricane preparation day to waist valuable time. 1:18min and counting

Grainger Industrial is the BEST!! Great service! Great quality! If they dont have what you need, they can usually get it the next day or two.

Extremely loaded with much needed industial products. Tools of every sort. Very helpful knowledgable people.

Stood around waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. None of the associates even acknowledge me. No welcome to Granger, can I help you, nothing!

The employees are great!! The manager not nice at all and was very rude!! Might have to start going somewhere else which is sad because I've been coming here for years ☹
