They installed a unit ($7,000) four years ago. The unit called for 14” duct work they installed 12”. Because of this we have burned out the blower motor twice. Motor is under warranty but not the $600 labor to put it in. Two different companies have told us we never needed the large unit World Class put in. We got ripped off. Shame on you for shafting senior citizens?

Had a problem with unit at my business. They came out and completely misdiagnosed the problem. They attempted to sell me on services that were not necessary and after four trips out here never figured out the issue. Another company came out and within 15 minutes solved the problem and had us up and running. Completely incompetent and rude on the phone when issues arose, I would strongly encourage customers to look to another service company.

Great company to work with they offer financing and everything you could need to get your AC working again. AC isn't cheap but they are fair and Jason does a great job installing units.

Paid $7K for new AC unit in January of 2016. Unit has never worked. Technician put a screw through the cover and into the coil when it was installed. The owner is a liar and a crook. DO NOT use them.

VERY VERY rude to me. Lied to me. Hung up on me several times. There are too many other places around here for you to be stuck doing business with someone like this.

After I posted this, I got a cal from a woman at the office SCREAMING at me. She lied to me and told me that her business did business with my business. She told me that the person that was so rude to me was fired. (I don't believe this) She apologized to me, then started yelling at me again. She told me I was a horrible business owner. Hey, Stop reading this and go to the Better business bureau website. They have had 22 complaints in the last 5 years. (she called them a "legal racket")

I highly recommend this place. I just moved here from Tennessee and two weeks after moving I was having ac problems, these guys came out the next day and took care of it. I'm super happy with the service I received. They are awesome! Thank yall!!

What a scam! They told me I needed an entire new system and then he started back peddling when the contractor who built my 7 yr old house showed up. I'm out $50 service fee. I will never have this company back.

Not a customer, but I am on the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry—which they obviously disregard. Every State-Licensed HVAC business is required to purge numbers on the DNC database before releasing to their telemarketers. Violations can result in fines of up to $16,000 per call. Yet, they called me. Perhaps I should report the call.
