We are very pleased we chose Caliber Heating and Cooling to install our new HVAC system, including all new ductwork. They were professional, a pleasure to work with, and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. They cleaned up their workspace well all during the process. They took extra care to keep our pets safe as they were going in and out of different areas in our home. We would certainly recommend them!

Professional and respectful team performed maintenance on my old central air home ac.
I had read an ac related post in a Tarpon Springs Facebook group from one of the guys ,that's why I picked them. Preferred AC service - installers for sure .

AC was leaking water inside the house. They cleaned out the drain pipe, cleaned the coils, cleaned the unit outside and told me what to watch out for in the future. I signed up for the maintenance plan so they will be back out in 6 months to check everything out.
May 25, 2023 They have not come back or called for the 6 month check up. I thought they would call to schedule an appointment. I am not having any problems but I will call them to find out what happened. I have already paid for the follow-up.

We had several quotes for replacing our AC. Because Caliber was so prompt and professional and meticulous, we decided to go with them. They replaced our old AC and put in the new one in one day, working diligently the whole time. We are impressed by their cleanliness and professionalism. We are very happy with their service.
