B&B Professional Plumbing & Air

I contact B&B for a plumbing proposal, in large part because of their good reviews. We needed a proposal to install plumbing for our new outdoor kitchen and then a few other projects that we have lined up after that, including a master bath.

We were really looking for a plumbing/hvac contractor that did good work and that we could give repeat business.

On the morning of the appointment, the office staff called me and basically implied that it was too much of an inconvenience to come out and provide a proposal.

I can't say we have ever experienced something like this before... Usually, businesses are happy to provide proposals and line up repeat work with new customers.

I'm assuming they do good work, but unfortunately, they did not provide good customer service. At least not based on our experience.

The whole team was very responsive! We had a small issue with the blowoff valve of the water heater and they stopped by within the hour. Dylan is as good as they come. Thanks again!

Jody at the front desk was very helpful and quick to respond and very timely with getting the workers out here. She always sounded pleasant as if she was smiling whenever I talked to her. We had a repair that needed taken care of on our storm drain and from the first call they had " yes we can do that " attitude. I would highly recommend B & B Professional Plumbing and Air

I was More than happy with the service I received from B and B Professional Plumbing, they were friendly and very professional besides being trustworthy and always on time. My problem started with everything in my house backing up into my tub, a simple repair of snaking was performed, that didn’t work, they came back and tried again and they came back and managed to temporarily fix the problem and I could use the water. They came back again with a video camera and I watched as the camera went through a very bad pipes, corroded, roots, broken. I could see that it all needed to be replaced. They immediately started the work and dug up the pipes and replaced them, the next day when when I got home from work everything was fixed and working well. There attention to my needs was their main concern. I definitely would use them again, and would recommend them with confidence.

Usually it's a pretty bad day if you're having to call a plumber & water is in places it shouldn't be in your home. I just want to say Ed was such a breath of fresh air on this very stressful day! He was so prompt (arrived within the window they gave me) & so very courteous. He explained what he was going to do to remedy the problem & got right to it. He also didn't leave a disaster behind him for me to clean up. I have used B&B plumbing for several jobs over the last few years, they have straightforward pricing that is very reasonable & stand behind their work.

Very professional and very helpful. Travis gave us lots of tips to prevent the issue from happening again.

My HVAC wasn't running efficiently. B&B Professional is the 4th service provider I hired who's finally found the problem as easy as a cap is missing, while everyone else told me that I need to pay $4,500+ to install a new unit. B&B saved me a lot of money.

Ed was working next door when we asked to come over to get an estimate. He scheduled us right away. He showed up on time did a great job! We will definitely use B&B professional Plumbing again.

In need of a plumber just days before Thanksgiving, I had learned of B & B because they had just acquired my trusted AC company, Patterson International, and if their service would continue with service like I experienced with Patterson, I knew we would be all set with all our plumbing and AC needs. I was definitely not disappointed...the two gentlemen that handled my water heater installation were professional and respectful. I have a tiny area for the water heater, behind two doors (my bathroom door even had to come off to remove the broken heater)...but all was completed with a lot of attention and hard work. I would definitely recommend B&B Professional Plumbing and Air. Thank you.

Both sides of our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain after using the garbage disposal. Rocco, our tech, was thorough in assessing and fixing the situation. He was respectful and polite and cleaned up after himself. And most importantly, he fixed our drain!
