B&B Professional Plumbing & Air

We have some commercial property in Palm Harbor and B&B helped us with a huge underground leak in 2019 and this year with 2 smaller inside/outside leaks. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the Company and the fine workmanship of their workers. Since we were not on site at the time of the repair, their worker, Angel, called me personally to explain what the problem was and how he would fix it. He also followed up with pictures of the completed job. I considered the whole experience going ABOVE AND BEYOND and I have no reservations in recommending this Company to others.

We replaced a faulty facet ourselves, not realizing all the pitfalls of plumbing. We called B&B Plumbing and Air. Our plumber, Christian was amazing! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each process that was necessary. Overall, due to Christian's outstanding work, we are repeat customers, and would highly recommend B&B Plumbing and Air particularly, Christian, to our friends and neighbors.

Our water heater let go on a Saturday AM. We needed to address the situation immediately. We called B an B Plumbing based on their Google Reviews. We received a call back within less than 5 minutes and had someone in site within 90 minutes.
Ed was an absolute professional and nice person with a great attitude. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a few hours.

Great professional service!! Fixed my water heater the same day it went out. Travis was awesome, he basically walked me through the whole process of installing water heater so that if another issue came up I would know what to do. Thanks B & B plumbing!!

Ed Meyer showed up on time, was very knowledgable, he sent a camera through our problematic line, he found one break and gave us a reasonable estimate to repair the system as well as jetting the system with high pressure water. So far I am very pleased with this company. I will post another review after the work is completed.

We Have used B&B Plumbing for Years now All the plumbing Services have been outstanding Just recently we had a issue at our Duplex and Travis Was the Plumbing Tech they sent to resolve the Problem, Travis was on time keep us in formed with every detail of the repair This being a occupied rental unit Travis stayed late and made sure he completed the Project ASAP.

Sunday night. Called and left message with answering service. Call back in less than 5 minutes.

They were not able to come out tonight because my wife accidentally called the wrong company and we are in a different county over 2 hours away. (Our fault not theirs). But they offered to set up appointment for tomorrow.

However. They call back with 5 minutes. The guy stayed on the phone with me tonight and talked me through all of our issues and was able to provide VALUABLE advice and was able to diagnose and help me fix my problems quickly.

He was quick to respond, courteous and all around great guy. Definitely would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We moved into a new house ! We had several problems ! This company took so much pressure off of us They found the problems and fixed them in the several visit the did ! Well I can’t tell you how happy we are ! Dylan did most of our work ! He listens professional caring nature was so appreciated! He is a hard worker ! I hadn’t got to write this for awhile ! We were at our wits end, had 3 different companies out to diagnose why water was backing up from the common drain where the unit upstairs ties in with our unit.
We called B & B spoke to Claudia and she was able to send a tech out later that day! Their tech came in diagnosed the issue right away - had it fixed within an hour. Just received the invoice and the charges are more than fair.
