Advanced Cooling Systems

The AC was down. I called Advanced Cleaning Systems in the morning. A Technician came out a few hours later and fixed the problem. In addition, he recommended some things to avoid the problem in the future. That was a fast thorough handling. Very well done.

Don’t buy a Trane. The evaporator coils go out in less than a year. Also, don’t buy it from Advanced cooling systems. All the service manager has to do is tell Trane that my AC is defective and Trane would replace it. The service manager recommended that I seek legal counsel because they’re done helping me.

Drew was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. He didn’t try to sell me anything we didn’t need and he was early to our appointment too. Great experience, thanks!

Fantastic company had them install the my A/C unit a year ago, brought them out to do a yearly service on it and I can't say enough about the company, the are great, everybody, from the office girls to the service techs to the owner, everybody's professional efficient, and courteous, fantastic company. I had a fire in my air handler which melted a circuit board and some of the wiring. The first company came out and said that all the circuitry and wiring would need to be replaced for $3700 and tried to convince me I should replace the whole system.

The Advanced Cooling tech said that he didn't think he would need to replace everything. He said that, if it turned out that he did need to replace it all, the price would be $2200 and that would include a 2 yr warranty (which the other company didn't offer) and a complete service and safety check in 1 yr.

Well, it turned out he only needed to replace the one circuit board and some of the wiring. They included a 6 mo parts and labor warranty but for $300 more I could have chosen a full 1 year warranty. I also paid for a 1 year service contract so he cleaned and checked the whole system, checked and pressure tested the coolant, and checked the drain lines. He will come back and service it again in 6 months for free. All that for $1253! So glad I decided to call Advanced Cooling!
