We've been a customer of SW FL Air Quality for 10 or more years. We went through several AC companies where we felt pressured to buy dehumidifiers, UV lights, etc. After another AC failure to cool while i was out of town, my wife call SW by doing a review search. My wife was extremely happy with their first visit but what sold me was when the ac went out again, I called on a Saturday at 6 pm and they said: "I have two jobs ahead of you but I can be there around 10 pm." That kind of commitment to customer service is unheard of these days. When it was time for an AC replacement, SW gave use several options and we were never pressured. As far as routine services, all techs are friendly, competent, and after talking with them; have years of experience. Most of the technicians have been with SW for years which says a lot. If you're looking for a new installation (including a pool heater), routine servicing or have AC problems; please give SW a call.

Southwest Florida Air Quality recently installed a new air conditioning unit with all new duct work in our house that we were remodeling. Work was completed in the timeline given and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

A/C quit cooling. Temperature was 82 degrees. Called this company on Sat am. Chris arrived by noon. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me. Chris was professional and thorough. Very honest and repair was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
